Don checked my furnace over for fall maintenance. He was very pleasant and good to talk with. Definitely as asset to have on a team!!

I shouldn't have to clean up after these guys! Last week, Rodney install my smart thermostat and had his shoes on the whole time...he even walked over the rug where my toddler usually plays. It's just careless and unprofessional. Yesterday, Peter installed my water softener and made a mistake and installed a water heater instead. He gave me a discount and installed both (water heater and water softener) but I also had to clean up after him. He was 15 minutes late, also wore his shoes the whole time too! There was dirt, salt, and some shavings off the copper pipes left behind. I had to mop and vacuum after they left! IT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I was so disappointed and annoyed I just wanted it done and for them to leave!!! I have been using Dave Jones for a couple of years now but I will no longer be using their services. I shouldn't have to just deal with them to get the services done.

We used Dave Jones plumbing to install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Bob was our service man and he was great. Bob was very friendly and cleaned up after he was done. Most important there are no leaks. Great job! We will use Dave Jones again.

It was time for us to schedule a maintenance call for our furnace. I appreciate the scheduling and communication on arrival time to make it easier to be present when they arrive. Erik was very courteous and considerate and did the extras to make sure the working area was clean. He promptly identified a problem we were having with a damper control and worked for us to have the fix covered under manufacturers warranty. We are very satisfied with his service and recommend Dave Jones.

Vanity light fixture and bathroom fan replacement - Electrician was timely, courteous, and accommodating, and the work done was exceptional. Not an easy find these days!!

Very pleased with both the furnace installation, in late December, and the water softener installation, done in February. The work was all done in very professional yet friendly manners and the technicians went over and above in both cases. It’s wonderful to have a dependable and knowledgeable company doing work for you which gives you wonderful peace of mind!

We had 90% of our 100 year old houses plumbing replaced, along with a bath reconfiguration / remodel. A big job. Kate was great to work with! Came through and got us an estimate in a timely fashion. ( Had several other plumbers come through, never to be heard from again, to scared I guess) Guys installing were professional and friendly and completed the job quickly. the price was reasonable and fair and beat the 2 other estimates we got by more than half. A great company to work with.

They were able to have a plumber out to our house in just a couple of hours. He was super nice and very professional. He found our problem and had it fixed within thirty minutes. Honestly I just called the number that was stuck onto the pipes in our basement not really expecting anything exceptional, but we will definitely use them for any of our future needs and would recommend them to anyone else needing work done.

Easy to get service, and quick to schedule. I really appreciate the ability to fill out a form so I don't have to recite appliance model and serial numbers over the phone.

They were able to replace the part under warranty (a pleasant surprise!), and the labor and service charges were fair.
