Dave Jones - Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical

I got back from vacation and found our furnace didn't work. I called Dave Jones and they had someone come out that day. He found a wasp nest in the air intake pipe, so once he removed the nest everything worked fine. I was very happy with the responsiveness and the person doing the repair.

The technician was on time and quick about replacing our garbage disposal. He checked to make sure it was working properly before leaving.

The Dave Jones serviceman, Mr. Serva, was the most thorough service person we have ever encountered in our 47 years of home ownership. He showed us things we did not know previously about our HVAC system, important things that should make a difference in our air quality and humidification. He provided a video that allowed me to check that we are doing our responsibilities every three months until the next visit. When he did not have a necessary part, he arranged for it to be delivered later in the day. We were overwhelmed by his proactive customer orientation. Thanks!!

Technician arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.

Furnace technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He went through his findings with me, and even took the time to show me how to turn off the pilot light on my gas fireplace and how to turn it back on. I highly recommend Dave Jones, Inc.

Don was very professional, courteous and efficient. He figured out the problem and got it repaired quickly.

We had an (apparently) unusual setup with both instant hot and chilled water that wasn't quite working after install, but Dave Jones came back out (specifically Tyler) and took the time to figure out what was going wrong and re-engineered a solution to make it all work. Dave Jones has always been great for us in HVAC and other services, but Tyler gets a special callout for his outstanding service and ingenuity yesterday. Thanks, Tyler!

It was 3:30am Sunday morning. I woke to rushing water. I called several 24 hour plumbers and Dave Jones were the only ones to actually answer The phone. They sent Dan out and he was very professional, courteous and fixed our leak in a timely manner. We will definitely be using this company for any plumbing needs in the future.
