Both Gavin and Gary were very professional. They arrived in a timely manner and were very thorough in cleaning our ducts and vents. I would highly recommend this company.

Ashley in their customer service department was terrific: prompt calls, great communication and follow up. My service tech, Logan Krivitz was amazing! Courteous, prompt, professional, with obvious problem solving skills and very knowledgeable . It’s great when the service tech helps the homeowner learn and understand more about how the mechanics of their HVAC system work and how they all interconnect.

I have used them for furnace tune up and had my ac looked at today.
Tune up then fine although I can't remember the tech's name. Company was kind of pushy with memberships at that time. Tech for repair today was friendly and honest about the ac. I didn't enjoy the sales pitch for new ac and furnace from a 3rd employee. I wanted the opportunity to think about it and felt too much pressure on the spot to decide. Keep in mind I just paid for repair and diagnostic and that was all I was planning on today, though willing to see how much a new ac would be.
Discounts offerred willy nilly, I think it was overpriced from the start and then discounts added to trick you into thinking it's a deal and it felt dishonest. I suggest the company consider the situation when it's a first quote and lay off the sales pitch for a bit.

Our AC went out on us on a hot day. Our tech, Kyle, was very fast and thorough and had our AC up and running quickly. He also gave us recommendations to help prevent future issues with our system.

Arno was our tech and he was terrific. He called in advance to confirm his time of arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue and promptly made all the needed changes. Very pleasant working with him.
