We hired Capital heating and cooling to clean and sanitize our HVAC system with our new home build. Conner our tech was very professional, explained everything and also was very friendly to our animals we had in the home. Told me where I should put our animals as so they wouldn’t be so scared of the noise. Our ducts were very dirty from the drywall dust. They had very good and clear before and after pictures. The cleaning took a little longer than expected but that was due to the amount of drywall dust in our vents. From scheduling the date to end of service there was professionalism and all were very courteous.

Capital Heating was very helpful each step of the way to fixing my heat pump. The system was installed in 2017 but Randy figured out that the wiring was done incorrectly, causing the relays to work incorrectly. He spent the entire day fixing it, and now my heat and AC work as intended.

Ashley is their customer advocate and follows up with customers after the work is completed to ensure that I am satisfied with the work performed.

This post is about the excellent customer service, namely from Tyler. I heard their commercials on the radio and wanted to give them a call. It's been great customer service since day 1. I've had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I'm looking forward to seeing the work they do. I have great confidence so far just based on my customer service experience.

Noone can really expect perfection out of a business, especially when that company is large and well known. I experienced a few issues throughout my process, but to be fair - my situation was highly unique and I had an extremely firm and inflexible expectation.

Capital quickly jumped into action and corrected the situation. By quickly, I mean - within 45 minutes.

Sure, perfection is the goal. But what really matters is how a company responds when things aren't perfect (because they won't always be). Capital stands by their service and products, and I'm appreciative of their actions to get us to the point of the project's end goal//my vision.

Justin came out to look at our old air conditioner and to provide quotes for replacement options. He is very thorough and personable. He was very quiet to not wake a napping baby, measured and counted ducts twice, and took the time to sit down and explain everything to me without talking down to me. We will be using this company to replace our air conditioner.

James was my rep he arrived on time got right to the Job of inspecting my equipment. He was very detailed in explaining his findings and my next steps. He gave me options. But unfortunately the financing fail through. But I would trust them for any job.

I have used Capital Heating & Cooling’s services in the past when my AC died in the middle of the summer and several companies I tried calling wouldn’t answer my call. When I needed a new furnace and some duct work, I knew exactly who would be getting my business. We had a tech out doing routine maintenance on Tuesday, shout out to Brandon for being amazing. Unfortunately he let us know that we needed a significant amount of repairs for our 18 year old furnace in addition to some duct work. We talked about our options and decided to investigate getting a new furnace instead. Capital Heating & Cooling had Justin come out the very next morning to assess our system and let us know our options. Justin was amazing at explaining what we needed to know and how things worked. We chose a furnace option and James O., Carl, and Jacob Syzdek and Jacob Schneider came to our house the same day and installed the new furnace and altered the duct work to make our system work. The new furnace has been amazing and I can already tell that the duct work has helped immensely with evening out the temperature in our house from room to room. Capital Heating & Cooling is not the cheapest option out there (on the higher end of average prices) but they do quality work and are very responsive. Their customer service is amazing and everyone I have ever dealt with there has been polite, courteous and helpful. They have a yearly maintenance plan which is great and is only about $25/month. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I was given ample time and information to make an informed decision as to how to fix our duct issue and furnace installation. The work was completed on time and financing options were made available. Everything was great!

Anthony and Ottie was very friendly and respectfully. Anthony asked if he could suggest a cosmetic difference to our supply going to the rec room, and my wife and I were very pleased with his suggestion which made a huge difference from the original plan... Thanks guys for everything
