I have a home warranty. The first provider did not return two of my calls and one from the warranty company. They missed the appointment that was scheduled. I called my warranty company back and asked for another provider. They assigned WI Heating and Cooling Pros. Not even 5 minutes after I got off the phone with the warranty company, they called me to schedule an appointment. Same day, within a couple of hours. Excellent! The technician was early and waiting for me, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the two parts. That is awesome customer service.
My house is covered by a home warranty by HMS. They contract with Heating and Cooling Pros. My A/C went out on a 90 degree day so I called HMS and they set up an appointment for the next day and said I should confirm it with HCP. When I called the guy very rudely said almost laughingly they don't pay enough so he wouldn't send someone out. I get that but then don't contract with them and don't be rude!!!!
I would highly recommend Wisconsin Heating and Cooling Pros. From the time I called to the time they wrapped up, they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were out the day after I accepted their estimate, and finished within two days. Very affordable- Paul & Paul did an exceptional job.
Service: Furnace and AC check ($79.95 EACH) The good: The guy that came out to our house (Jim) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly knew his stuff and explained everything that he was checking and why. The bad: Its 2019 and this company still doesn't have a website. The guy who answers the phone at the main office is not friendly or very helpful. Their prices are high, I paid over $160 to have our heating & cooling system checked. They were only here for ~1hr.
Excellent experience in a commercial office installation. They are competitively priced, they know how to problem-solve to design a system that fits a budget and does the job. Our HVAC system installed is working well and we are very happy!

Absolute Where's company I have ever dealt with Jim is a service technician he is very dishonest came to my Property on a home or anti claim lied on the report that went to the office his boss Richard the manager they turned in a false report to my home warranty company what's then my warranty company denied my claim I tried to call in have a conversation with Richard and he said he doesn't care what I have to say pee sticks up for his employees and would not even have a mature adult conversation with me he hung up I called back asking for the owner's information so I could talk to him and Richard once again hung up on me very dishonest company to deal with
