It used to be a fantastic place when it was run by Charlie on Appleton Avenue... but now the place is a joke... and the counter people are rude... they no longer sell to the General Public after they've banked my money for all these years.... screw them I'll never go back

Great place. They only sell to contractors because "Joe Homeowner" could possibly create a dangerous situation by trying to fix a GAS furnace without proper knowledge. Then after an accident occurs, the lawyers want to go after the supplier. Damned if you do, damned if you don't! Pay for the education, state licensing and insurance, just like us contractors if you want to buy parts from a wholesaler in town.

They have a huge inventory. The Milwaukee branch is open on Saturday morning. They are great with cross referencing all the major brands to see if they have it in their inventory.

A place for proffessional service and installers to buy HVAC supplies tools and equipment not really open to the general public for most things. Great people that do thier best for you when you come in.

Called and confirmed they only sell to contractors as of 6/18/2016. Fortunately for me Amazon had the exact model number of the transformer that failed on my furnace. With free same day shipping (Prime).

Horrible business. Stay away from the rude people. I would include a name of the guy I spoke with but like I said rude and he did not provide a name
