We have NEVER worked with a company that was as thorough as this one. Anthony, Jordan and team were all exceptional and took the time to explain and advise on what was appropriate for our situation. I cannot say enough positive things about this great company. Awesome job and good, honest people.

We had our hvac ducts professionally cleaned and Conner went above and beyond in explaining the process and showed us before and after photos of our system. He was very respectful of our property and we are very pleased with the results.

Highly recommend. My furnace had gone out overnight and my service tech, Colin arrived promptly the next morning to diagnose and resolve the issue. Colin was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and explained my options clearly.

Appointment was setup on the internet using their calendar, the repair tech, Kyle, was here promptly and provided everything we need in information and what it would cost to repair our 23 year old unit while making sure that we had a system tech come out after he was done to provide a cost for a new unit. Justin was great to work with and provided a few options for replacement vs. our repair and some changes to the system to optimize our energy usage. Both were professional and provided what we required to make a decision.

Brad was fantastic! He was very friendly, called to let us know when he would arrive, explained what he was about to do and to my pleasant surprise came and worked despite the rain and low temperature yesterday. I had figured you would call and reschedule due to the weather as you had done b4. He worked both inside and outside in the rain, that with an umbrella, put shoe covers on when in the house and took time to answer several of my questions while here. At the end he presented his finding, explained the condition of our system & the repairs he did and the ones we should do either now or in the near future. He also suggested what else we could have you do & install in the future, including joining your Capital Cares Club. All in all it was a very pleasant & great experience for the wife and I and appreciate all you do and all he did to make us feel that way.

In addition your website is the best of any company like yours I've seen, your system of notifying us of the appointments, the reminder the day before, the call from tech when on the way and his presentation of his findings and follow up email afterwards is far and way above anyone else in a business like yours. I don't recall if I gave you the same kind of feedback on Jon Berg, your duct cleaning tech or Ryan at your Hales Corners office whom I dealt with on scheduling & rescheduling of the work you did for us. They are both awesome as well and if all your other employees are like those three, you have surrounded yourself with the best people you could have in your industry. Jon was here as long as it took him to do the job right, way better and longer than the last company that I had clean our ducts several years ago. Again, outstanding service and a very happy customer.

I have been in business myself and also have hired a lot of people in my prior career and I must compliment you on the quality of the people you have and I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with on improving the quality of my air, heating & cooling system. Justin, comfort specialist, represented Capitol Heating and Cooling in a professional manner. Justin was on time and provided great communication during our appointment.
Justin seemed to be knowledgeable about the services I was seeking for my home. He provided minimal information, sticking to what my home needs were and what I wanted to see happen in my home, based on the equipment and energy efficiency concerns.
The follow through was good and consistent, regarding questions and completing the sale. Overall, I would recommend this company to others who are in need of heating and cooling solutions.
I have yet to have my equipment installed and can’t provide any feedback on the final results, at this time. However, since I will be using this company to install split units in my home, I did check that I used this business. Once my installation is complete, I will hopefully be able to provide feedback on the final results.

From my first call explaining my issue too the completion, the entire job was handled very professionally. Jeremy was absolutely great. Very friendly, listened and explained what he found wrong, then fixed it. He done a great job. Next time I have a issue send Jeremy. Randy is very good in questions/answers. He always explains the details very well. He checks the furnace and sees the manufacturing date. Randy is very careful to do his job. I like him a lot.

The only thing he does not do is the networking with my thermostat. His replies are a little bit more work. But I install the networking by myself and no problem.

The thermostat runs very well up to now. I just want to try as much time as possible. Otherwise, everything is really good.

Logan was our service repair man. He called first to clarify what needed to be done. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job of updating my nest thermostat and connecting it to my I phone. He also inspected my furnance to see if everything was running perfectly. He explained evererything he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He answered all questions with expert answers. He displayed a real knowledge of all aspects of my heating system. Very pleasant young man to talk to. And displayed a real concern for customer satisfaction.
