The entire team was extremely personable and professional, including Anthony Davis, Jacob Syzdek, and Krystle K. The service was quick and the team set realistic expectations about pricing and timing. They even went so far as to befriend my dogs and make them comfortable while they were in m my home. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Otilio and Anthony came out to replace an air conditioning condenser, coils, ducting and install a whole house humidifier (as well as a electric car charger install). They were very respectful, on time and the job quality was high. They took their time to explain the repairs and finished job. They also made sure I knew how to use all the equipment before they left. Would definitely recommend Capital to anyone.

I had them come out to clean my ducts and they got back to me to set up an appointment within a day. Jon came to clean our vents and he was amazing. He broke things down when I didn’t understand and was very polite and courteous, even patiently giving us time to swap what room we had the cats in so that he could get into them. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a cleaning.

We have had a great experience with Capital. Their team works well together and, as a customer, we were taken throughout the diagnostic, purchase, and installation process very seamlessly. Kyle came to our house first and did a thorough diagnostic of the issue with our Unico system. He was on time and professional. Very quickly after that, Capital had scheduled us with Krystle, who based on Kyle's review, and her own extensive knowledge of these types of systems, helped us decide on the best replacement unit for us. She was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were fully educated on the options and comfortable with our final choice. She is awesome. Lastly, only a few short days later, the repair/replacement team was already on their way (David, Jacob, & Erich) and they very efficiently replaced our system within a day. We are so appreciative of the Capital team for their promptness and professionalism every step of the way.

Capital Heating, Cooling & Electric did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts! Our tech, Jon, was professional and communicative the whole time and explained the process in detail. There was quite a bit of build up in our nearly 100-year old home, and the previous owner didn't seem to be using a filter. It feels great knowing our ducts were properly and professionally cleaned!

My initial experience with Capital was with one of their technicians, Anthony, who was called to give me a diagnosis on my A/C. He was very timely, friendly, professional, and the only technician who has ever offered to bring ME a cup of coffee. Anthony diagnosed the problem with my A/C, and while it wasn't what I wanted to hear, I had confidence that he knew his stuff and had made an accurate diagnosis. I am continuing to work with Capital on the installation of a new A/C system. More to come!

Made the mistake of giving Capital another chance to service our equipment after previous bad experiences. Randy our A/C tuneup guy was professional and seemed knowledgeable. This is where it stops. We showed him a part that was replaced from our furnace from a prior service call. It was a collector plate and we were told it was cracked and needed replacing. I told him our furnace still has the same issues after they replaced it and he said it sounded like our pressure switch might be the issue. He inspected the replaced part and he also could not see a crack and said he would take it back to the office and see about getting us a refund. Capital has not gotten back to us to date and has ignored my text regarding it. Randy also changed a wire setting on our furnace for the A/C which concerned me. The wire setting has been the same since our furnace was installed over 10 years ago and we have not had issues with this setting. I asked if we could get something in writing regarding this change in case we had problems, I was told by 3 different people at Capital that they would email me documentation of the change and I even sent a follow up text to boot but have still not received a response. Randy also told us we had a static pressure issue and a 2nd technician came out to pinpoint the issue. The solutions were to add duct work and/or a new A/C system. To our surprise, the cheapest fix of adding 1 duct would cost us over 6k, with a discount mind you, and that still would only partially fix our problem. You can imagine how much it cost for the other options we were quoted. Let me add that we bought into their Capital Cares Program that stated you are put at the front of the line for any service you need. We made an A/C tuneup appointment in April for a tech to come out in June. I do not have a flexible work schedule so I burned a day of paid leave to accommodate the appointment. I was called at 9am the morning of the appointment and told they weren't coming and told the next available appointment would be in September ....say what?....To sum this up, the previous mom and pop service we had was always straight forward and honest with taking care of our equipment, unfortunately they no longer service our area. That brought us to Capital which has not worked for us.

Came for a tune up. Very knowledgeable and showed pics of interior. Needless to say our system is 19 years old and needs more tlc than a simple maintenance. Overall trustworthy.

My experience with Kyle, Justin, Nick, Tony and others that were on the job was above and beyond. The service was so thorough, and they were all very good communicators, they were very respectful, and they gave 110% to my needs. The work was done quickly and they made sure that EVERYTHING was functioning at its best. I will recommend Capital to everyone as I hear of needs.
