I had another excellent experience when Repairman, Kyle, who did the work on my heating I system a few months ago, returned to check my system to ensure it was working efficiently. As in Kyles previous service calls, he took a moment for pleasantries, explained what he was going to do & got to work. After assessing my system he determined that I should schedule a duct cleaning & repair a small metal piece that could be a problem if it failed! He the. Replaced the part, got me set up for duct cleaning, and bud me farewell. Another quality job done, by an excellent representative of this company. Once again, I Highly recommend this company & Kyle continues to impress with his personable communication style, & his genuine desire to do quality work!

Chad and Jacob did a tremendous job with our service and took great care in ensuring our home was kept clean and free of damage. Very personable and respectful. Will consider them my first choice for future projects.

Collin came on a Saturday to assist with why our new furnace was blowing cool air. He did a full diagnostic, found 1 probable cause that he will put a service request in to have fixed and then educated us on how the new thermostat works and how to see the codes and what they mean for the future. He gave us education in setting ranges with reasoning to help create a more stable environment and explained why this new furnace doesnt respond the same as our old one. Overall, he was very helpful and thorough.

I called on June 12th to have routine maintenance on my AC, they were able to come out on the 13th. Jaime, the HVAC tech, was able to answer my questions or able to find out the answers for me.

Used for air duct cleaning in home. Professional, thorough in work done and explanation of outcomes, provided pictures of before and after, and did not leave until we were satisfied with things. Appreciate the level of care shown.

Capital Heating is the place to go! I love their monthly membership. It’s worth it just to have a reliable place for HVAC services as we need a few different things looked at in the near future! Each time I’ve contacted Capital Heating, they’ve answered immediately and we’re able to schedule me same week. We had a yearly maintenance check up with Logan. He was great! He was knowledgeable and he made everything easy to understand.

Josh was here to give our furnace a tune up and was able to address our concerns with how it had been operating. He found the issues, fixed them promptly and was able to answer all of our questions.

Had a great experience with Capital Heating Cooling. From the very beginning with getting a quote with Justin, to almost immediate installation the next day with Kris and Nick as well as electrical work from Jacob and Chad, everyone was prompt, quick and thorough. Great service and very knowledgable and communicative crew. Very much appreciate their hard work! Highly recommend.

Wanted to say in a couple of words that Justin was phenomenal at his job, he did an amazing job on helping my parents get a new AC and Heater unit. He did an amazing job in communicating on how everything was going to work, and managed to get them in for installation for the next day!! He as well providing space heather since the heater no longer worked at my parents house. Wanted to give Justin a huge shout out for helping my parents.

Arno did very good job! He is very knowledgeable about the A/C system and shared some detailed information with us. He was very patient to answer our questions. Overall, he went above and beyond.
