Our technician Kyle was amazing! Very kind, informative and efficient. The same could be said for everyone on the Capital team, actually. More like educators than pushy salespeople. Would definitely recommend their skill set and etiquette.

The repairmen were very professional and they made us feel at ease especially after the salesmen said we could have vents installed in our attic and truthfully it couldn’t . I wished the salesman could’ve suggested a mini split for our attic that will heat/cool the upstairs off. Overall very satisfying work and everything looks professionally done. Awesome job.

I requested to have quote to install a EV charger in our garage. I was able to schedule one in a week and Adam showed up at the door right on time to inspect how much would that cost. He was very professional and explained very clearly how the technician will work on the installation. He also made the process easy by sending me two different options via email for me to choose which one I’d like to go with. After accepting one of the options someone called and scheduled the installation. Erich came out and installed everything professionally. Price was reasonable and we could not be happier with how easy the process went.

Installed new HVAC. Everyone was amazing from sales to installation. I am very pleased. The technician were clean, timely, explained everything and very nice. This is a company I highly recommend. You can tell they take care of their employees too. Gave me a discount so their staff could work.

Jason facilitated getting us on the schedule for our AC tune-up. There was a glitch in scheduling, but Jason and Ashley made adjustments to get us on the schedule for June. Randy the tech is a consummate professional. He is very knowledgable and thorough in doing his work. Very pleased with the service and the Care Club.

I hired Capital Heating and Cooling to clean my ducts. James O TECH came and did a system analysis. James was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. With his findings of my home heating and cooling equipment,I took the opportunity to upgrade my heating and cooling system. The techs, and the rest of the crew were professional, clean, and polite. I was extremely pleased with Alex and his partner's work when they came to clean the ducts in my home. He was punctual,
explained the process, and answered all my questions. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after as if they hadn't even been here.

Alex reviewed what what done, including pictures, and made sure everything was satisfactory before they left.

Very good hearted people who know what there talking about. Kyle diagnosed our problem quickly and came up with a few different solutions. He did an excellent explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I also had them "clean my ducts with there high powered trucks" for the first time. It was definitely worth every penny. Could instantly tell a difference in smell. It went from old owner smell to Fresh, clean, newly remodeled house smell. Thanks again for being a good honest friendly group of people.
