Krystle was excellent. She provided estimates for installation of a new heating system. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and did not try to hard sell me. Her explanation of my heating system was great. She pointed out things that I did not realize.

Randy was excellent. He arrived early and immediately started tracking down my problem even though I wasn't home. He waited for me to arrive, and explained the issue in detail until he was assured that understood what was going on. He even coordinated with his bosses to get me a discount on the repairs. And, when I couldn't afford the repairs, he told me what I could do to get the best service from my furnace until I could afford the repairs. That's what I call A1 customer service.

Our sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Our install was super fast after setting everything up, and the new system is awesome. It's a great peace of mind for the warm days ahead to know that our AC was so professionally installed!

Jeremy was the technician and we found him excellent to work with. He knows his stuff and does not mind answering our many questions to help us learn about our system in this home we just purchased.
He was courteous, professional, and very responsive to our request to wear a mask while working in our home as we have health concerns that require this.
We super appreciated this!

I scheduled an appointment to fix a dryer outlet that wasn't providing enough voltage to heat a brand new dryer. Jacob discovered that the machine hadn't been connected properly and that there were no electrical issues. Despite spending 30 minutes checking and double-checking for any issues, I was not charged. That doesn't happen very often anymore. I will definitely use Capital Heating in the future and recommend you to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

4/28/23 - We had the pleasure of having Giovanni come to our house to have our ACs checked for the summer. He was the ultimate professional and his communication skills were top notch. So very pleased with his service and the entire team at Capital Heating & Cooling.

5/1/23 - We had Luis Silva Jr. out to help us figure out our redesign in the maintenance room for the new furnace and additional return vents needed for efficiency purposes. Luis is a real professional - he walked me through his redesign and answered every question I had. Felt very comfortable with the future plan.

5/9/23 - We had Anthony, Otilio, and Jaime come out to do the install for the new furnace and return vents. Extremely dedicated to their crafts, great communication skills with us, and were so respectful to the house when bringing in and taking out appliances. So thankful for the entire team!

Respectful to property. Came out to do an inspection on our furnace to make it was working properly. Explained to use everything that he was doing. Brandon was very patient with use and answered all question. Stayed till everything was done with use setting up the cleaning of the ducking. Highly-qualified and highly recommend this company.

Have been using Capital for many years now and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always helpful and friendly with prompt response and easy accessibility to appointments. Recently had Kyle perform annual maintenance and emergent repairs on my furnace; he was thorough and clearly explained the problems he found and helpfully discussed the potential options. We ended up replacing the unit. Krystle was extremely helpful in clarifying our needs and wants from a new system, discussing potential options, and making a necessary expensive purchase as reassuring and painless as possible. And Ethan and Otilio, the installers, were extremely professional and courteous, ensured everything was cleaned up, and did a great job of walking us through the operation of the new system. Would highly recommend Capital for any of their services!

Kyle and the other technician are skilled professionals. They arrived on time, and asked me the questions relative to the air conditioning problems we experienced.with the After inspecting the air conditioner and furnace, and performed electronic tests. They quickly determined the issue. They explained what they was doing as theyperformed the repairs. Kyle is an excellent employee, who reflects very positively on your company.
