Shane is a great guy. No charge for initial service call to diagnosis the problem. He came back soon as the parts were in to fix furnace. Had a 2nd issue and Shane came right over to take care of it. Great service and he is very knowledgeable about hvac.

He is always my first choose and recommendation for any hvac issues.

I was told that their fee to come and diagnose a problem is $99, but fixing a problem is extra. Agreed. Came and diagnosed a problem, didn’t fix it because did not have the part. But the invoice included additional labor ($75) and not just the diagnostic charge of $99 as initially quoted. Asked to speak to the owner but he didn’t bother to return my call. It’s amazing that someone so dishonest can stay in business. Hopefully not for long.
