Great and timely service. It was the Saturday before Easter and we expected to freeze all weekend until we could get service on Monday. Our HVAC system was not working. Turns out I unplugged a few wires when I loosened the thermostat to paint behind it. The gentleman that helped us was approachable, ran various troubleshoots and gave us a few tips to mantenience our A/C system before he left. He took him time and was not in a hurry to get out. After all the assistance, I forgot to compliment his Jordan 13s. Would definitely use this company again.

The company provided a great customer service experience with a quick turnaround time for the service. It was the best quote I received in town for the value, and my tenant was very happy with the central air installation.

Our furnace went out overnight and we had to sleep through the cold, it was a disaster. We called around town but this company was really responsive and would be able to come out within the hour to diagnose the problem. The first tech came out and found the problem right away. I liked how he gave us options to go about the repair and not just one option. The second tech that came to install the new furnace was really nice, the installation took a little long but it was because he had to customize the new furnace to fit our old set up. Overall I would highly recommend this company, the price was affordable for an emergency event and they came out the same day to install the new furnace. Tonight, my family will be sleeping in a warm home thanks to Heating and Cooling Drs.

I received a call yesterday from my tenant saying the heat doesn't turn on. Since I had a very old Reem furnace I decided to go with a new one.
