Quality heating has been doing my furnace and air-conditioning service for 17 years . I am very pleased with their service . Brian always takes a few minutes to explain what the results of the maintenance service was.

AC wasn't working during the weekend, called and left a message. Asking that we be contacted Monday morning to schedule an appointment.
Was surprised to receive a call before 8:30 AM Monday morning, asking if a noon to 3:00 PM CST time was convenient for us. If so the tech would call within 20 minutes of actual arrival. We accepted.
At about 1:30 Dan called, saying he was about 30 minutes away. He arrived as expected.
He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue.

I had my A/C serviced by Anthony of Quality Heating on June 24,2016. After 12 years as a loyal customer, I will never use this firm again.
He charged me $448.00 for a repair that he said would work for 2/3 years. It lasted 31 days.
Rather than spending the time to fully analyze the problem, he put a band aid on it. Now I'm with a new reputable firm that has identified the problem and a long term solution. I will never use Quality Heating again.

Dan is a true professional. Greets the customer with a smile from the time you meet him at the door, to saying goodbye. He explained the service and what they were going to do. Offers additional information in making my home more efficient from controlling the temperature throughout the levels of the home to improving air quality as well. They found and replaced a bad capacitor ,explained what it did and how important it is in the overall functionality of the furnace. Answered all my questions on what I should do for upgrading in the future. This is the second time he came to my home. Its nice to see a familiar face, builds trust.
