I woke up with no heat t stat said 67 cold I called Quality Heating at 630 am spoke with emergency service ask for a call when office opened at 730am. I got a call from Christina at 725am I had a appointment for furnace inspection next week but needed service today. She said I would receive service between 10 am and noon. Nick called before 15 minutes arrival . Problem was solved quickly upon arrival also inspection was completed new thermostat was installed also purchased service agreement for furnace and ac. My wife Sue was very happy with Nick how he quickly solved the no heat and how professinal he was. I felt the customer service was incredible from the first call to completion of the work. My dad has been a customer for many years. I am glad Quality Heating works in Mukwonago. I will refer them to everyone I can. Thank you for being a incredible outstanding service company!!

Had Quality Heating service our 10 year old boiler system and I was more than impressed by the service I received. Anthony, the technician, was very knowledgable about our system and very professional. He pointed out what could be a potential issue in the future but did not pressure me to take action at this time. Quality Heating came recommended to me by another trade professional and was very happy I followed up with this recommendation.

Purchased our furnace and air conditioner from Quality Heating in April 2000. They have maintained it for us ever since. liked it so well we have purchased a new more efficient system in 2018. Always timely, friendly and experienced. The service people are great, too bad the accounting people ruin the entire experiance. May have to go someplace else because of accounting non response and screw ups.

Quality Heating really does deliver on what everyone wants. Experienced professionals at a reasonable price who show up on time and communicate. I wish every home repair/maintenance provider were as on the ball as Quality. Really.

We've been on Quality Heating's Bi-Annual service plan for many years. They always do an outstanding job on the fall and spring services and we have not had a problem with our system since going on the program.

Recently had our furnaces serviced in preparation for winer months. The Technician was respectful, on time and very knowledgeable. He understood our desire to keep our older (ok really old) furnaces running 'as long as possible'. He assured me that our furnaces are running safely, was through in his assessment and explained realistic expectations. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend Quality Heating.

I have been dealing with Quality Heating for a number of years and I have always been more than satisfied with their services. I lost heating in the dead of winter and they were very quick to replace my furnace. I request Dan every time because he knows the equipment and is always very friendly.
