Everyone at Quality Heating and Air Conditioning that I have interacted with have been courteous and helpful. In particular I would like to mention Brian who has been the technician who usually does the excellent annual maintenance work on my equipment. I believe this company provides good service at a fair price.

Both Danny and Pat were personable and informative in explaining things and answering my questions. Danny was here first to diagnose the problem and was resourceful in finding a temporary fix while parts were ordered. Pat came two days later to do the job—in a very efficient and timely manner. Both were very respectful of my property.

Anthony Zenefski was an old high school acquaintance, so I figured I'd see if he could help me. He exceeded my expectations regarding professionalism, knowledge, and Quality of work. I was rather blown away. I'm sure if you were to use him or anybody under him, you will have no regrets.

Brian, the service technician, is very knowledgeable and efficient! He always takes the time to explain the work he’s done, and give us suggestions for maintenance of our heating and air conditioning systems. All of the Quality Heating staff are always polite, professional, and helpful! I highly recommend them! They have serviced our home for over 30 years.

Technician arrived on time, listened to what I believed to be the issue, assessed the heating system and went to work to resolve the problem and explained what he did and how the system should work going forward.

The team was helpful in setting up a timely appointment. They gave us a time window for the day of the appointment, texted the day before to confirm, and then called to let us know when they were about 20 min away.

The individuals who serviced our furnace listened to our concerns and addressed them. They were diligent in testing to ensure everything was working properly.

Happy that we signed up for the service program with them. Now we already have our next appointment set up for summer so they can service our AC. Great program for people like us who sometimes forget to schedule the regular maintenance we should!

Bryan is most talented and experienced. He is trustworthy, and makes the customer feel valued. Most highly recommend.

I called because my furnace was working when it felt like it. I called Quality Heating because they have serviced my furnace in the past and I was very satisfied with their work. The technicians were very kind and personable and I knew that the work would be done well! I was informed that the motor in my furnace was going, but it will last me through this winter. I will call in the fall and have them install a new motor.
I am very satisfied with Quality Heating and the very knowledgeable people that work for them.

My AC went out on July 4th and I called first thing July 5th thinking that I wouldn't get an appointment for days! Fortunately, I got an appointment right away and the Team at Quality rallied to get a new part on order and installed ASAP! Thanks to Dan who was on sight with great customer service and coordinated everything so I didn't have too. My system is up and running great!

I have used this company in the past and they are most certainly my provider of choice. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Also very accommodating. I moved and they transferred my service plan to my new house no questions asked. Sky, my tech for today answered all of my questions and took extra steps to address other issues he didn’t anticipate.
