The service call for my air conditioner, was very responsive. Brian was friendly and professional. I had to follow up with the sales but they are coming out the next day which is great. We'll see how the rest of the interaction goes, need new AC and possibly furnace.

Service Dept is excellent. Sales however, anything but. I had an appointment with an estimator to come to my business to quote me on new/replacement furnaces. He never showed up or called why he didn't show. I called that evening, talked to the estimator, set up a second appointment and had to ask if he would at least have the courtesy to call if he wasn't going to show. When I spoke to Nicole about it, no apology, just, "I'll relay this message." The estimator showed up, on time for the second appointment, snapped a few pictures of the furnaces and left. Didn't explain the work that would be done, didn't ask if I had any question, go over replacement furnaces. In and out in 10 minutes. Received a simple proposal - (other proposals were 2-3 pages, going in depth to the scope of the project). I get the impression Quality Heating didn't want my business & really wish they had said so before I set up the appointment. Despite their excellent service dept., I won't be calling Quality again.

I had a great experience with Quality Heating. I called in a panic that my furnace was blowing cold air during below zero temperatures. Greg G. arrived the next morning and was kind, courteous, and efficient. My furnace was back up and running immediately. He went above and beyond by fixing the furnace quickly and also fixing a blocked register in a bedroom to allow more heat to circulate. Thank you!

What a terrible company and experience. Installed April Zaire system 12/22/21, left and stated all was functioning well. Next morning I went into basement, and water was pouring out of the tie in to hot water line. Had to shut main water off, this is my elderly parents home in Oconomowoc. Never did any training on system. They used a cheap clamp on connector instead of cutting line and putting hard connection and soldering. Unsure if this company has licensed plumbers, but by looking at shoddy work I highly doubt it. When I called I got the total runaround from the nasty lady who answered the phone. Told me someone was on the way. Hour later called back and they stated he wouldn’t be here for another hour. Terrible terrible service, snarky comments from the phone handler, and no transfer to owner of the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
My parents are elderly and do not know even how to shut water off, this is terrible service and we will likely seek restitution and possibly file a lawsuit if it turns out they are not licensed plumbers. Horrible, horrible experience!

I am writing this review after 2 years of using their service to give their service leader a reasonable time for their expert level predictive analysis on my Furnace and its failure. On a holiday during cold winter season my furnace stopped working. Called Quality Heating company with lot of trust as they are in our neighborhood and one mile away form my house. Based on my problem description, the tech I talked to , predicated that it would be a secondary heating exchange failure. And he happened to be correct but keep reading to know how the story turned out. The tech also confirmed that it can be fixed by replacing with a new one. Since it was holiday, I was ready to pay their demand for double the repair cost. I was desperate to get my furnace fixed which I think they realized. However, the technician, as soon as he arrived and learned my furnace is 18 years old, and without running any sort of diagnosis , he changed his predication and said there is Primary Heat Exchange cracked and it would be expensive repair and recommended me to replace the entire unit. I asked him to run diagnosis. He said it would cost $2500 or more just to open the box and run diagnosis and didn't show any interest to run diagnosis. I realized that the tech didn't come with an intention to fix the issue. He didn't even reveal that my furnace's secondary heat exchange had known failures for which the Manufacturer actually extended 10 more years of warranty. The worst part is he charged me $517 just for coming to my house, didn't repair or correct the problem. The tech made some calls out side of my house and talked to the lead tech. He came back said he will waive that $517 charge if I go for Furnace replacement with their company. Ahhh. now who can't understand what they are trying? As anyone can imagine, they just found the opportunity to lure the helpless customer. I contacted another company. We managed with space heaters for next three days. The very next working day the other company tech came and replaced the secondary heat exchanger. The $1200 worth part essentially came at free of cost because of extended warranty. I happily paid $250 for the whole replacement of exchanger that took 2 hours for a good company who did an exceptional job. I truly felt being robbed from Quality Heating with unacceptable charges just for letting them into my house. First of all they didn't even notice a tiny bit of kindness towards solving the most critical heat issue on cold winter days that my family was going to face for next three holidays. Second, they lied about those charges for running diagnosis in their invoice and few days later updated it and removed diagnosis from invoice. 3rd the charges were insane (see attached latest anonymized invoice if you doubt). I had extended discussion with the lead tech later, who said the repair done from other company would not sustain even for an year. My furnace working like new for two years. I will let the readers of this review to form their opinion on what happened. I thought it is worth sharing my horrible experience with this service vendor, so that at least some of good common citizens will be careful in dealing with this company or any other wrong business. But I wanted to take some time to write this review just to ensure they got reasonable time for their their expert level understanding how heating systems works. The furnace didn't fail like their service leader predicted. Guys, please do not run into the problem like I did. Please check reviews on Best Business Bureau as well. Please ask for upfront quote in written format before you let anyone enter into the home for repairs.
