Outstanding service! My furnace quit after normal business hours. I called in and was surprised to speak to a real person. Tech contacted me a few minutes later, accessed the issue, and was at my house within an hour to affect the repair. Anthony was quick, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I am truly impressed and could not be happier with the results. I recommended this business to anyone looking for fast, reliable, professional service.

Fixed my problem quickly. They were able to look into the warranty on my parts and did all the leg work, which I was so grateful for. I was able to get my parts covered and since I do maintenance I also received a discount on the labor. Super professional.

Had a problem on a Saturday evening and called for service. Within 30 minutes a tech called me back and talked me through how to fix it myself; saved a LOT of money and time. Decided to have them come out and look at the furnace later in the week "just in case". Kevin called the evening before to confirm and again 20 minutes before his on-time arrival. Turned out there was a problem with the secondary heat exchanger that apparently Carrier was aware of. I was offered a new secondary heat exchanger, installed, for the minimal amount of $134 complete with a ten year warranty on the replacement part. In less than 3.5 hours the furnace was dismantled, the new part installed, and heat restored. Timely, friendly, professional, and honest, what more could anyone ask for? I've been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with the service received from Quality Heating.

Thank you for keeping him on my route. I was so disappointed and saddened when I heard he was going to be transferred to another route. Today I was delighted to see he was still coming to check my A/C. I trust Bryan and know that he cares about all his customers.
