Over the Moon

I don’t know where to start. Over the Moon is outstanding!! Jake showed up to repair our A/C, he was professional and an expert. He explained everything about the HVAC system and he had our unit working in no time. Later that evening my wife thought the unit wasn’t working so I texted the main office. 10mins later I got a call and they told they would be the next morning to check it. The next morning at 8am I get the call that they are on their way. When they showed up we discussed buying a new unit since I was planning on doing that anyway. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and it was installed the next day. They are professional, honest and truly great people. It was a pleasure to spend my day watching the team install our new unit. We had a team of 6 technicians working to get the job done. I want to personally thank Over the Moon Heating & Cooling for taking care of my family. It is refreshing and comforting to work with this company including the office staff who was wonderful. If you looking for an honest company to work with, Over the Moon should be your choice.

From the first call to Over the Moon to the last goodbye after completion of the job, the entire experience was professional and excellent. Our technician, Greg, was top-notch, and informed us of his findings and recommendations at every step. He resolved our issues quickly and even inspected our panels with thermal imaging to ensure everything was safe. I cannot recommend this company and this technician any more highly. They have a customer for life.

We called for help with our A/C. Son came to the house that very afternoon. He did a great job analyzing the system, Took corrective action and got it up and running quickly. Then, he stayed to cycle the system a couple of tome to make sure it was working properly. Son did a great job and we are happy to be Over The Moon customers.

Son did an inspection and cleaning of the ac system. He was professional and knowledgeable. The reason for the 3 stars was the extra $348 for " deep cleaning" the A coil inside the house. I thought that should have been covered in the $250 annual gold plan on a system that was installed in 2021.

I really enjoyed working with Erik. He took the time to explain everything and walk me through all the options step-by-step. We ultimately decided to move forward, and I am very happy that he was there to help me make the decision as to what would work best.

My home's problem was so big I had one appointment to get my ac back up and running, and another for the rest of the hvac system. While I didn't receive good news, NOT their fault of course, I was very pleased with how well they explained everything clearly, were professional, kind, thorough, non judgmental, and did literally everything they could for me, were just great to deal with. I'm going to be honest, the 2nd tech, Josh, looking like Jensen Ackles, helped soften the blow, lol. I look forward to having our system revamped by Over the Moon- this was amongst the best pricing I found for this big of a project.

They guys that came to look at our furnace were very respectful and polite. They explained everything for us in detail to make sure we understood what the problem was and solutions. They were very kind worried about being quiet for my husband who had worked a 3rd shift.

I had a very unprofessional experience for an HAVC quote with this company. My husband had to be at work due to other employees being out sick and meetings he needed to attend, and so I was home ready to greet and get the information. Erick was hesitant and honestly pretty rude to me and at one point said “I don’t want this to sound wrong but usually I talk to my partner before big purchases, do you want me to come back and deliver the quote when your husband is home?” I’m fully capable of relating information to my husband and it’s offensive that this man thought otherwise. I had questions prepared that I didn’t even get to ask. He also told me flat out their quote would be higher than others and basically said don’t bother. At one point he asked our age and in the end scheduled a different time to deliver the quote when my husband would be home, which we will be canceling because there’s no way we’ll work with this company now.

Very thorough. They take time to explain everything. What is wrong and fix it. I have had 5 different HVAC companies work on my equipment over the years and not one of them was as thorough and helpful as Over the Moon! Over the Moon is the only one that ever took the time to run a diagnostic on my furnace to get it working properly. 3 Other companies I contacted for this project either did not respond or stopped responding to me. The company that installed an A/C in 2019 never explained what seers are to me and didn't ask if I wanted a higher efficiency unit. They sold me at 13 seer. I found out, after the fact, it should be at least a 16 seer.
