The service was timely. I was appropriately informed about when the technicians would be at my house. They were courteous, informative and performed repairs carefully until completed. There was additional time spent because a trainee under direct supervision of an expert was doing the job, but that is OK with me. I have also taught a number of trainees in my field over the years, and I know it is important to have hands on experience with expert backup. Upon leaving, they cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recommend Quality Heating for heating and air conditioning service.

Warning they will only
come to your house provided you allow them to bring an apprentice with them to train them. While I understand the need to train more in the trades, it should be with the customers permission that the 2nd person is brought in, especially since they charge by the tjme they spend there, not the job. Maybe they should do the repair at a fixed rate. Why should I pay twice the price of repair or service in order for them to train a future worker. It should be the customers choice, not the business. Especially in a pandemic. They have jacked prices on more than one occasion with my family, said we needed parts and circuits that we didnt need, when called on it, they backed off and found a different solution... Go elsewhere, anywhere, compare price seriously. They are overpriced and clearly underqualified if every single repair person has to have an apprentice with them. People have choices - Quaity Heating does not beleive you have a choice, and they are rude.

Absolutely great service! Our tech Brian has been working on our system for the past couple of years and he keeps it all running perfectly! He spots trouble before it happens, and I trust him enough to know he's not trying to pull a fast one! I recommend Quality Heating to everyone!

I would recommend them to anyone. They are always professional and do a good job. They have helped to correct many issues that the previous homeowners had created that we never would have known. We have used their annual maintenance program for our furnace and A/C for the past 3 years now and gives me peace of mind everything will work fine

I called Quality Heating based on the recommendation of a friend. The dispatcher was polite and down to business. She set an appointment and told me that the appointment would be confirmed 24 hours beforehand and that the technician would call me 20 minutes before arrival. Lo and behold- they kept their promise! The technician (Nick) should up right at the beginning of their 3 hour window. He was polite and down to business. He solved my problem efficiently. I know for a fact that he could have sold me more work and product if he was a snake like some of the contractors I have rubbed shoulders with, but he didn't. Nick took care of my minor issue as if I were his father. Thank you, Nick and Quality Heating, for restoring my faith in contractors!

You folks walk the talk! Consistent high "Quality" service, preformed by very knowledgeable and accommodating technicians. Kevin did an outstanding job, as usual. I always recommend Quality Heating and Sheet Metal to my friends and neighbors.

Serviced by Bryan Linskens who was very professional and I found him to be honest. I believe a company is only as good as their employees and if that is true Quality Heating is the best. Found an issue out before it broke down and would wind up costing me more. Maintenance is very important!

We have been using Quality Heating from the first day we built our home. What has been fantastic is having the same technician Kevin from day one come every year to inspect our HVAC. Kevin is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. We just installed 2 wireless thermostats and Kevin stayed with us for several hours until we got the system up and running. I highly recommend Quality.
