Signed up for their maintenance plan (overpriced compared to most competitors) and they came out in May to get my AC units up and running. First hot day in June and the AC goes out. Tech said it needed a TXV valve and someone would call with an estimate the next morning. Four days later with no AC and two calls to their offices I get an estimate for $1,400 and they advise that they don't have the parts. I call another local company and they came out the same day and diagnosed that the AC refrigerant was overcharged by Quality, let out 3lbs and the AC unit works perfectly. They saved me $1,400. A month later I get a $215 bill from the Quality tech's diagnosis and when I advised Anthony their Service Manager at Quality of what the other company diagnosed to fix the problem, he said "I don't trust their diagnosis and the TXV will probably fail in the next year or so". The previous Quality tech that came out left insulation wrap and other parts from my furnace on the floor and when I asked if they could have the tech reinstall the parts he left out when testing back in May, he said he would charge me to come back since I had used another company to fix the problem even though the other company never went into the furnace. Anthony was very argumentative and not empathetic to my situation at all. Save your time and money and pass on Quality Heating.

Quality, competent and timely work on our boiler and system. Kevin S. came to clean and service the boiler and went above and beyond to bleed all radiators and ensure proper operation of the plumbing system feeding the boiler. Their name fits their service.

I requested service on my residential boiler in late May when Quality Heating service is dedicated to HVAC service. Still, they were nice enough to schedule a repair man for the same day I called. The service man showed up promptly during the time specified, did (requested) routine maintenance and repaired our boiler within just a few hours. We have had this same serviceman from Quality before and he is excellent. He diagosed the problem promptly, worked efficiently, and was extremely friendly and courteous. Another reason I called Quality Heating back to work on my boiler is that it failed overnight last January during the coldest winter time. Quality is the only service company that would come out overnight to fix the problem. I found that a lot of service companies advertise 24 hour service, but Quality was the only one I called that would actually send a serviceman out.

Quality Heating is the BEST. We have used them for years. They are there for regular service as well as an emergency. Highly recommend them.

Love Quality Heating!! Very honest and fair. Will explain what is going on and won’t try to sell extra product that isn’t needed. Highly recommend using this company for any heating or cooling issues.

Prompt, professional and courteous experience from service call to installation of new system. Provided options and explained thoroughly and understandably to avoid sticker shock (old system was 25+ years old). Installation was seamless and crew was professional and attentive to leaving my home spotless. Impressive!

Quality Heating and A/C offers worry-free service. We are on the semi-annual plan that schedules a heating check in fall and an a/c check in summer. They arrive on time and provide full details of the work they did. They look for any problems and suggest solutions.

We had 2 furnaces installed. Two servicemen spent 7 hours installing new furnaces and removing old ones. Excellent job and clean up. They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done.

As always top notch service and answered any questions I had. I've been a customer since 1972 and never had a bad experience. being a tradesman myself I recognize quality when I see it.I recommend them to my new neighbor for a furnace replacement and he was very happy he chose them.

Bryan did an excellent job. In addition to the required maintenance on my furnace and AC he answered all of my questions, and made necessary adjustments for more consistent temperatures and better comfort throughout our house.
