Every step of the way, the employees are professional and helpful. Great troubleshooting over the phone. The service techs make great recommendations when it's time to fix or replace. Sales explains the AC furnace and thermostat options perfectly. The install team worked hard and kept me updated as needed. I can tell each employee genuinely cares about their customers.

My family has used Donovan and Jorgenson for over 40 years, so when I decided to replace my 30 year-old furnace and A/C unit with a heat pump, they were the only firm I called. I had already done extensive research on heat pumps, and Steve, their consultant, gave me an awesome walk-through of the options available and easily answered my many questions. On the day of the installation, Dave and Matthew were amazing! They arrived right on time, covered nearby floors and stairs, and got to work. The job ended up taking 10.5 hours due to multiple outdated utility connections they discovered in my home. They kept me updated and informed through the whole process, showing me the areas needing extra work, and took the extra time to make sure every step of the installation was done correctly. They truly went above and beyond with the unanticipated work they had to do to make the installation safe and long-lasting for my family. I highly recommend D&J!

We had our iComfort thermostat die. Another company came out who did not know anything about our thermostat. We called Donovan & Jorgenson and they didn't just schedule us like other companies do. They asked a lot of relevant questions to make sure they could get the job done right and with little delay to us. Before coming out they even called our manufacturer and found out it was still under warranty! That alone saved me $1,000. Technician, Ross, came out the next day. He was very polite and considerate. He took his time and was very thorough. Every person that I spoke with from the office staff was so nice and helpful also. We will never use anyone else to service our HVAC systems. Amazing team 👏

The initial call was placed and a technician was here within two days. Al was very keen on our needs and even went out in an ice storm the same day to get us the parts required for the fix. Prompt and knowledgable, with no cleanup!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the person in the office at 7.30 am on a Saturday morning for her prompt and courteous response to my call. This company repaired a section of our radiant heating system about a month ago after one of the pipes sprang a leak in our attic. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and worked well to fix the issue in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of the technicians forgot to reopen a valve leading to our boiler's expansion tank, which cause the system to over-pressurize, and damaged a relief valve they had installed preventatively. I called them immediately and they came out quickly to remedy the expansion tank issue, and also replaced the relief valve that was damaged, both under warranty. Great customer service, and professional, responsible attitude all around. We'd definitely use them in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

I was without heat and they came to look at within an hour of my call. While the technician got heat going he couldn't guarantee would stay on as broken gas valve. As I wanted to replace furance they had salesman to my house within hours and were able to install the next morning.

Will was the tech to do the furnace maintenance. Called me then came in very soft spoken and polite. Showed him where the furnace was and he began working. It was an hour and a half later Will was done. Came up asked me a few questions with no pressures.

We have used this company two times with HVAC failures in the last 6 months. Both times we had a technician named Rob, who does wonderful work and fixed our simple hard failures quickly and inexpensively. I cannot recommend this company more highly. We are also working on replacing the entire system and Donavan and Jorgenson is going to get the first chance at replacing the entire system. We like them that much!

This company was so helpful and professional! My a/c broke down in the beginning of summer and I was able to have a new unit installed in days, I was so grateful!! Since my furnace was older it made sense to do them both at the same time and the price was great. The crew got done in less than a day they were courteous and cleaned up too, even when I said they didn’t need to, they insisted! I would recommend this company and my salesman Paul was patient and helpful throughout the entire process, I’m happy I had the best of the best do my work!
