Kevin repaired boiler. He did a great job as usual. I only gave QH&SM 2 stars due to how I was treated by service office staff when problems w/boiler started 7-9-19. The water leaking was shut off by Nick after speaking with service manager, but it took a month for someone to come out and fix my boiler. After spending $4,833 for the boiler in 2011, I was charged $501.30 to repair it. Disappointed with Quality Removal management not Kevin.

Kevin performed a meticulous and thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace and humidifier. He explained the workings of my furnace and posters some helpful tips. I recommend Quality Heating and will continue to use them for my hvac maintenance.

Quality Heating's service tech. Anthony came to our house to fix a smart thermostat that was not functioning properly. During this process he provided excellent technical support and in the end steered us towards a new Ecobee smart thermostat. We could not be more pleased with Anthony's professionalism/expertise and we love our new Ecobee thermostat. Kudo's Anthony, nice job. :)

The service performed by Quality Heating was very good. They have been servicing my heating and air conditioning for about 20 years. They have always been prompt in attending to my problems. Today's service was no exception. The service man was prompt, friendly and professional.

Spoke to Sheri in regards to duct cleaning and she stated they do not have this service available anymore but referred me to another company and also told me about the valpak coupon to save on the cleaning!!!! What an awesome customer service representative for their company! She deserves a raise! Thank you and I would recommend this company to everyone!

Quick response to phone call. Very friendly service man and seemed extremely capable. Offered suggestions to help in the interim while wait for parts to be ordered, which should be only 1 day until fixed permanently. I would recommend this company.

They came up to do a regular maintenance and supposedly replace the filters; however, after 2 weeks the work is still not done and they demand that we paid for this service anyway when the filters are not even changed yet. The bill???... it's outrageous! About $600!!!
Lack of Costumer service was the main reason for this bad review. The owner, Greg Smith was not only incompetent but rude and careless about new costumers. Stay away from this company! I wish I read all the other reviews before waisting $$$$ and time!
