QH&SM has been our go to company for years - and we're always impressed with their service. Great pricing and excellent service are their trademark and we've been happy with them for close to 20 years!

When my wife and I bought out 1st home we knew we wanted someone to maintain our HVAC systems. Quality Heating & Sheet Metal were already familiar with the home as they put in a radon mitigation system. We have been pleased with them every since. What we like most is that we have the same technician come out to the house twice a year to check out units. To have that consistency creates a sense of trust between the technician and the customer. Our technician is great! Always has a smile and is willing to take time to explain what he will be doing. Our technician always communicates his time of arrival and it is usually spot on!

I have retained Quality Heating to conduct twice annual inspections of my heating/air conditioning systems since I built my home in 1995. The results speak for themselves: I have had very minimal maintenance issues and I retain the same HVAC system they originally installed.

Technicians are always courteous, on time, and knowledgeable about our system. They also convey to us what they’ve done and spend time keeping us informed.

Overall, a very good service call. Gloria did a good job at scheduling. Anthony , service mngr., explains things very well, and service tech, Bryan pays attention to detail and we hope he comes back for the furnace turne up. Quality Heating has been very good to us since we built our house in 1986.

Great experience with all technicians and office staff. We are part of their service program for our furnaces and A/C units. The annual check-ups are worthwhile and any issues we have are resolved promptly.

In "The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" Robert Pirsig indicates that Quality is the most undefinable yet important qualities that exists. Basically, the author asserted that it was something that you could not fully describe, but you knew it when you have it. I was sitting in the upstairs of my home and saw a red Quality Heating truck drive by. I proceeded to call them and have a wonderful - quality - experience.

From my interactions with the call support staff to Nick to the General Manager (forgot his name) to the technician, Nicholas, I could not have asked for a better interaction with a contractor.
