Cavin arrived promptly on time and was able to solve our problem perfectly. I found him to be personable and professional, as well as knowledgeable and thorough. I am totally pleased with the entire process from calling for an appointment to completion of the job.

Had flickering lights, they sent out a person who wasn't an electrician. He had to take pictures and send them to his manager. Came back and told us we had to rewire our entire house for $17k. Had another electrician come out and he replaced one fuse for $50.00 and it fixed the problem. Needless to say, won't ever be calling Over the Moon again.

Routine maintenance check on my AC. Customer service was also provided details and what needed to be done. The service tech went over everything with us. Also provided a thorough and detailed inspection very professional.

Excellent Service! Worth the wait and the money. I had them come out to resolve an electrical issue and they went through the whole house, including the outside. After which I was able to ask for several quote options on upgrading my electrical service. They were honest and stated I didn't necessarily need the updates, but would be happy to provide a quote anyway.

Our Technician was Scott and he was so polite and friendly. He was on time and explained the charges fully. He took the time to go over options with me and then he conducted the work in a timely manner. We looked over it and he did such a wonderful job. Eric was an excellent tech. He detected a few things that could have potentially been major issues later on.
They always make sure you know who will be at your house and when they're on their way.
