    Mike did a great job. He was incredibly polite, honest and very helpful. Absolutely no complaints! Mike is an asset to your company and you are lucky to have him.

    Called to replace a dryer plug. There was a misunderstanding about assessing the situation. They charge for that along with the drivers gas and trip charge. He quoted me 200 on top of the 68.00 trip charge to find out the problem. He said they charge the assessment fee in case wires touch and he has to replace it or if any damage should happen during the assessment. That seemed unreasonable since that is their mistake and we pay for a professional who should know what they’re doing. After calling the office and verifying this is indeed how they operate I asked him again to just replace the plug. He did that finally. For 275 total including trip fee. So I’m not sure what I paid for in the end except it was 275. Next time I will hire someone who doesn’t charge 200.00 for their diagnosis
    Also, I had to get towels to cover my new washer and dryer because he placed tools on top that could scratch them and was leaning on my dryer with his big brass belt buckle. Nice guy and I talked to him about it. He agreed and said he would talk to his boss about providing a blanket to protect appliances.

    We had a great experience with Over the Moon! They are very communicative, sending updates via text which is really convenient. They are also so friendly! Our technician Drake was so friendly and helpful. The end project, getting fans installed in multiple bedrooms, looks and functions perfectly. Would recommend!

    I have used this company a few times now. We made an appointment for later in the week but a cancellation got them here sooner. Our tech, Mike was great. Super friendly and helpful. Diagnosed out issues and kept us in the loop of what he was doing. The repair was quick and easy. Definitely will continue to use this service. Highly recommend

    Mike H stopped by to provide system maintenance. He did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it in terms that were easily understood.

    Often times repairman, can be a tad aggressive recommending service that may or may not be needed. I did not find that to be the case with Mike.

    Would highly recommend checking out Over The Moon for your hvac needs.
