Over the Moon

Drake did an excellent job changing out 3 large light fixtures. He was VERY curtious, timely, respectful and careful in our home. Removal and cleanup was great too. Service was fantastic. Fair pricing too.

Started out as a good and honest company a couple years ago. Since then, not sure I trust them. Pretty shady. They pressure to purchase services. They've had to also reschedule appointments several times with me. Not a big fan.

We needed to upgrade an outlet in our laundry room and after calling many places my husband decided on Over the Moon. They were the most timely and cost effective company we called.

Our electrician, Eric was very polite and professional. He explained every step of the process. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely use them in the future. We highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Over the Moon. Our technician, Josh, did great quality work on our home, and was very professional with every interaction. He did a lot of work installing new switches and outlets and new wiring to add lights to our kitchen and bathroom. Everything looks great and works as it should. Highly recommend!

Erick came out to our house to inspect our Furnace and AC. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He provided very detailed information and suggested a list of things that needed to be fixed. He is not your regular pushy salesman guy. He shows you what’s broken and ranks what’s urgent and what can wait a little longer. He is also very friendly and personable. I’m glad Erick was The Who was sent to us, it was great working with him.

I requested a refund for a diagnosis, under the impression that they Drake was going to rewire an outlet for my sub-pump. I haven't seen my refund, IT'S BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS NOW!. I REQUESTED A REFUND BECAUSE THE PRICE WENT FROM $250 TO $630.
I JUST WANT MY $59.63 AND OVER THE MOON AND MOVE ON.

Josh came out and inspected the electrical panel that Cavin and he installed on December 28-30, 2021. He was very efficient and professional. We discussed a number of projects that we would like to accomplish and he provided excellent ideas and also quotes so we could prioritize them to fit into our budget. Very happy with the service they have provided and will continue to use them in the future.

I asked for estimate to install new furnace and ac unit.Mike was very pleasant. However, he kept asking how much I want to spend and I kept repeating it depends on options he has to offer to me. At the end he said the offer is good only when he is here and might change. He only offered to look at his notebook for the estimate price and refused to give us a printed copy . It was first time in my life the contractor didn't want to give written estimate and give us some time to analyze it (especially that I asked for different options to choose base on the offered price , for example with special filter and without it). I was amazed with this so unproffesional approach to do business. I decided to not use this company .

Mike and the techs from Over The Moon are prompt, friendly, professional and very thorough. Mike offered suggestions for future maintenance along with other info that will help us going forward without pushing those goods and services. Completely satisfied!

Eric installed a bathroom fan quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up his mess after the installation. Very happy with the job!!
