New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning

We had NB Heating install a new furnace for us in December. They were on time, professional and very helpful with questions we had. They had to come back when we noticed the air circulation in the house was not like it used to be. Eric G discovered there was a booster blower that our old furnace had but was not electrically hooked up to our new furnace. He discovered this after going down into our sub-basement in a Greendale original home. We are very pleased with NB Heating and recommend them to anyone.

Great service when our AC stopped working. Very professional from the first contact to completion of the repair. We're especially grateful that service technician Cipriano made the extra effort to find an affordable solution that was not immediately obvious.

2019 I taken HVAC servicing from this company - recommendation was heat exchanger rusty. Today I got a service call (secondary heat exchanger bad need to replace) from other company (Home Depot linked inspection company) and I went in person to get a quotes from "New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning" for replacement of secondary heat exchanger replacement labor cost because parts are in under lifetime warranty (20 years). New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning totally refuse to give me an estimation or showing any interest for my work.
Such a pathetic professional in New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning. Hence I am not recommending this company for future service.

Cipriano Sanapaw from New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was very professional, on time and kind. He not only resolved our issue, he went above and beyond to figure it all out. We have a crawl space (which isn’t easy to access) and he came up and out to the van twice and back down again with out any complaints and had a very positive attitude! He had the part on hand and got our furnace fixed and also changed our filter, while he was down there. Hopefully we won’t need to call for service again anytime soon but if we do we will definitely be requesting Cipriano. Thank you for your outstanding service.

After rotating through various companies over the years, New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning has become our go-to for any heating/cooling concerns. Their front-office staff is always friendly, they respond promptly to emails and scheduling has never proven an issue. Their service workers (Mike is fantastic) are knowledgeable, patient in answering all questions, provide explanations that are understandable, and I have never felt pressured into unnecessary parts, maintenance etc. Our Furnace and AC were recently on their last legs ( Furnace: extremely loud/rattling noise(s)/increased heating bills. AC: ~ 30 years old). They provided an extremely competitive bid with Scott outlining a variety of options. He addressed all of our concerns and also took time to review areas he felt distinguished their installation from competitors. On the day of installation, the team was on-time and true to form polite and courteous throughout the process. When finished they reviewed the work completed and walked us through various features of our new system. Per usual, they were patient and unbothered by any/all questions we had. Overall, we would recommend them to anyone. Professional, cordial and fair pricing.

I called to have someone look at my leaking furnace. Brent did not even look at the problem said my furnace was old and not worth fixing, then charged me $100.00 service call fee and tried to sell me a new over priced furnace and CA system.Glad I called another company 15 min to clean the trap and all fixed for $60.00. Feel like I was being scammed by New Berlin Heating and Air. Would never call again!

Cipriano helped to install a new thermostat this summer and walked me through the new technology. I requested him back this fall to do furnace maintenance for my house. He has done a great job explaining what he was doing and being thorough with his work. I have already passed along his name and quality of his services to friends and family. Thank you for everything.

Ciprano was efficient friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. We called at 7 am on a Sunday and by 1:00 we had heat! Highly recommend!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a scam and not to be trusted. They told me I need a new furnace and AC so I had 2 other contractors come and take a look and both said that my equipment is fine and does not need replacing.

My AC died August 7th by August 12th I had new AC and Furnace, the crew of guys that did the install were very nice and courteous. The one thing they did that I didn't care for was they put my filter from the old unit ( it was clean) in my new furnace, and didn't write the date on it, and they didn't leave me any new filers or filter at all. But with one phone call to New Berlin heating and Air conditioning that problem was taken care of. I would recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.
