Kevin & Ethan did a great job for our install. Worked fast and efficiently even with a good rain coming down most of the day. Clean up after was great. Answering questions as I watched them work.

Every time we've called they've sent someone out promptly and they've always been courteous and professional. Highly recommend. They will get all of our business.

Cannot recommend this company. Early in December we had an issue with our furnace (it sropped working) a tech came out, replaced our filters and explained what was happening. The tech was very friendly and we thought the issue was resolved. Just over 30 days later we are experiencing the same issue, called them for emergency service and was told we would have to wait until morning because they didn’t have anyone on call. That is unacceptable from a company that is supposed to offer 24 hours emergency assistance. In addition to being told there was nothing they could do, their answering service was very rude with how they delivered this information.
I will not be using this company again.

Great experience with Tom, the guy they sent out yesterday to perform annual maintenance on our furnace. We had a new furnace installed about a year and a half ago and this new furnace was causing the pipes and ducts to rattle. Tom made a few different improvements, some that were not easy to identify, and all is quiet now. He was very knowledgable and great at explaining things to me. We have been using New Berlin Heatig & Air for a while and have had nothing but good experiences.

Rob and Stephen did a great job reworking ductwork and adding some new vents. They made sure to keep me informed of any needed changes and everything looks great. Definitely will do business with them again.

I had a chance to work with Scott for a new furnace replacement. Scott worked hard and answered all my questions quickly and accurately that truly showed his professional working style. Recently, the new furnace was installed, I would like to say that it has been a pleasure working with Scott and his coworkers from New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning.

New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning installed my new HVAC unit about a year ago. It worked great until last weekend when the air conditioning unit suddenly stopped producing cool air. I called this morning at 7:40. Tanya sent Cipriano to my home by 9:45 a.m. He was friendlpolite, although puzzled because everything seemed to be in order, except, of course, the HVAC was not producing any cool air. Upon closer inspection, he discovered a dead earwig stuck in the contactor. After a brief, but respectful service for the dearly departed earwig, all is back to working perfectly. I had my furnace, humidistat, and a/c replaced by them in 2009 and everything was great. I signed up for their annual maintenance which they have been doing ever since. Couple of years ago they came out for the annual service and a couple days later on a hot day the house wouldn't cool down. Turns out the tech had forgotten to turn turn off the "test mode." He came back and flipped the switch. Earlier this year we walked in the basement to find a puddle of water and a stream coming out of the humidistat. I turned off the unit and opened it up only to find it filthy. Turns out in the 9 year tenure that had this annual maintenance they've checks the humidistat twice, and not since 2015. All of that dirty air in the house and items in the spray of water damaged. I called them and expressed my concern, they sent someone out here to take a look and gave me some free air filters. I was livid.

However, I'm a loyal person, I know people make mistakes and I like to support small businesses. Just had a another issue though. Yesterday afternoon in the unusual 90 degree out unit kept on tripping the breaker. I called and arranged for someone to come out and take a look. They did and were in the house by 9. At first he recommended to replace the $400 motor but took another look and found it was just a loose wire. Fixed that and everything was good. He left and a little while later the house was getting warmer even though the the unit was turned on. He forgot to turn it out of "test mode" again!!!

Currently looking for someone else to do annual maintenance which is a shame because they seem to be very nice people and my first impressions were so positive.

We've used New Berlin Heating and Air twice this winter and they have been friendly, polite, and helpful each time. Both times we thought we would try places closer but they were booked out for up to 2 weeks. New Berlin was able to have someone same day both times! Don't hesitate to call them next time you have a problem. My wife and I certainly will!

Not everyone offers 24/7 emergency services, I appreciate the quick response.
