They work hard to get you what you need, when you need it AND at the best possible price. They will even tell you if they have a used system that they can sell you. They always guarantee their work. We highly recommend Landolt Service. We have been customers for many years as they have always maintained our furnaces and air conditioners. Then whenever necessary, new equipment was installed. They always respond asap to our calls and provide excellent service. Their prices are very fair. And, besides everything else they are a very nice, personable and honorable team !

It is appropriate they have “service” in the name of the business, as they are OUTSTANDING and you will not find better service from any HVAC provider. Used several other companies prior to calling Landolt Service and they are BY FAR the best. They are fair and honest and just generally good people. I’ve always felt they take the same level of care in servicing my home as they would their own... which is the highest compliment you can give to any contractor.

George Landolt and his two sons, Dave and Bryon, have been the most trustworthy, professional and responsive employees we have ever hired for any type of home repair or purchase. They sell quality products, provide verbal and written information about the work that needs to be done, and do exceptional installation and repairs. Landolt has been providing service to my family for decades, always doing an excellent job. When I was growing up, my parents used them exclusively and still do to this day. When my wife and I purchased our own home and we had our furnace die on a Friday night in February, we immediately called Landolt and they helped us out in a big way. The next year when it was time to do the air conditioner, they truly went above and beyond for us. The information they provide is to the straight to the point and while I know absolutely nothing about heating and AC, they help explain what my money will get me and make the process easy and understandable. We always feel we're getting quality products and service, every time.

We have used them in the past. Came out to our house on a extremely cold January morning and fixed our furnace that was not working very fast and at a reasonable price.

When it came time to replace our almost 20 year old system and add a central air. We called 3 places and hands down was the most professional quote and did not try to oversell unneeded upgrades and other services. Listened to our needs and wants, came up with a solid system at a reasonable price.

Fast, courteous and very professional. I'm a hover-er, I like to see whats going on and ask questions. Answered all my questions, responded intently to my concerns and even assisted with some other minor items I added to the quote. My older house needed custom bent ducts and they look fabulous and professionally built.

Cannot thank you enough for the cold air that is blowing out of those vents.

This is a great company to work with. They Installed a new Bryant furnace for us in November 2017 and they did quality work. They answered all of our questions and the entire process went exactly as they described with no surprises. During a recent hot weather spell we had an issue with our air conditioning (not a unit they installed). I called them in the evening on Friday and even though they had other appointments already scheduled they said they would fit me in on Saturday, which they did. As an added bonus they were able to make it out earlier then they had stated and were able to get the air conditioning unit running again.

I’ve had Landolt Service Inc install a new furnace and recently a new air conditioner at my home. The team is great! Same day service calls, quick installation and the great products. I would recommend them to anyone!
