Scott with sales was really helpful in making a decision on AC size for my upper unit in a duplex. Scott was here on the day of install to give further details to the install team. Antoino, Brian and Davin we’re all fantastic! They installed new AC and did a GREAT job! All of them very knowledgeable and explained the process and what to expect. Great experience! I highly recommend!

We are happy that we chose NBH&A to install our AC in our home. This was a challenging install but EVERYTHING went smoothly from our sales meeting with Scott to the install with their excellent team. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We have a 90 + year old Chicago Style bungalow and everything was done professionally and the team completed everything in one day. Initial Review: New Berlin helped me fix some complicated issues so I could sell one house and then engineered an elegant solution to combine a duplex (with its 60 year old heater) into a single 3-zoned system that added A/C as well! All their employees were so helpful and they did excellent work!

Called for a maintenance on our A/C unit and the maintenance guy never opened the cover of the outside A/C unit to clean it out. I called several competitors and there's definitely more to servicing an A/C unit other than hosing down the unit itself. They also open the top of the furnace cover as well and conduct the check points. 18 point checking. Donovan & Jorgensen will be out to do the job properly & my husband cleaned the debris in the ac unit. Your welcome for the $142 payment! PS The supervisor came out & covered for his employee..

New Berlin Heating and Cooling installed a steam boiler at my property and they jury-rigged it so bad that it is a complete loss only a few years later. If you're working with steam boilers, do not use these guys.

Had a new Carrier furnace installed by technicians Stephan and John earlier this week. They arrived on time and completed the install in less than 3 hours. They did a great job. They were very polite and courteous. They answered all my questions and even setup the wifi thermostat for me. I highly recommend New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning. They also installed my new AC unit 2 months ago and I received the same quality service and installation.

When my furnace died during the deepest freeze of the season New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning were VERY helpful and quick in providing options for a new system to replace my almost 30 year old model. Their pricing was very competitive and their service was fantastic. Stephan and Ethan installed the system and left everything clean and tidy. They came back after the snow melted and installed my new air conditioner with the same level of professionalism. Great job!

Have been using New Berlin Heating for years for service (and replacement) of our furnaces and A/C units. Recently had Nels service our A/C units to make sure they're ready for summer. Nice to have a technician who has been to our house before and really knows his stuff. Professional group.

Cipriano took care of us like we were family. We knew he cared that our medical need for the air conditioning in this heat and humidity made this more than about being comfortable. He got to it, explained the issue, and he took care of the failed part. We couldn’t believe he had one on his truck! At this was at 9:30 pm at night. Who takes care of their clients like that? Cipriano sure does! Highly recommend!
