New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning

We contacted New Berlin Heating & Air on Monday this week when we realised our furnace had stopped working over the weekend. They sent out a technician immediately to come to assess the issue and provide an estimate. He was professional, honest, and in no way tried to upsell us but made it clear we needed a new unit (which we already had assumed was the case).

Jessica, in the office, helped coordinate a timely install of the new unit (and a new air purifier), as well as offered us space heaters for a couple days in between ordering the unit and install.

Stephan and Ethan, who are very professional, hilarious, and quick came to do the install today. They were extremely careful maneuvering the 250+lb units in and out of our house and explained our new equipment and maintenance requirements to us so we understood how everything worked once everything was done.

This was a great experience with something that is otherwise a very frustrating situation and I would highly recommend New Berlin Heating & Air to anyone needing HVAC services.

I have a 1960's Tri-level home with hydronic heat. I have been battling with window air conditioners to keep a third of my house livable during the hot summer months for over a decade. We finally made the decision to install central air in our house and began to look for a contractor.

New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning was the first and last contractor interviewed. Scott showed up on time, took the time to thoroughly inspect the home, was genuinely interested in our history and future plans with the home. The estimate was delivered on time and Scott reviewed every aspect of the job making sure all of my questions were answered.

Josh and his crew showed up on time to start the job. Everyone was very friendly taking the time to introduce themselves. We walked through the installation game plan and noted any potential issues. Josh also coordinated work with his crew and the electrical contractors installing a new service being installed at the same time as the AC.

To say I am happy with the work completed would be an understatement. Professional communication, installation, customer service, and a great price. I believe the sign of a job well done is the answer to the question, Would you have them back to do more work? The answer, yes. I have scheduled New Berlin Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my boiler later next month.

They deliver what they promise...on time, professional, quality service at a good value. My service person, Cipriano, was excellent. Thoroughly inspected everything & did not leave until air was working properly. He took the tine to explain things he was inspecting. Customer service at NB Heating & Air is also great. I would highly recommend.

Stephan and Mike installed our new furnace efficiently and tested it thoroughly, upgrading some of our connections. They also installed a new thermostat and trained us in its use. They did a great job - we're pleased.

We got two great Carrier furnaces with humidifiers for our live-in duplex two years ago. Had some trouble with the downstairs humidifier last year and just got around to doing something about it this month. Hadn’t really paid much attention to the upstairs unit either. New Berlin H&AC sent out technician Nels who was very friendly and professional and he solved our issues. Told us he wasn’t going to charge us for the visit because he corrected a small detail. Expected quality but Nels exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

The office lady was very polite, the tech that came to my house to fix my air-conditioning was just plain RUDE.. and NOT qualified. He went to my thermostat turned the heat on (its 85 degrees out side, almost the same inside) walked to the basement and said the furnace is down, we don't fix oil furnaces and walked out of my house, not goodbye or sorry, just walked out RUDE! I called another air-conditioning repair company who turned the AIR on, the air was circulating, the furnace was running. Looked at my air conditioner unit outside and said you need a new contact. It was fixed in 20 minutes. Don't bother with New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning what a joke! I honestly think the lady in the office was more qualified than the tech.

I wish every technician we deal with could be like Kevin and Antonio - professional, courteous, meticulous, patient, and appreciative. It's evident when you deal with people who enjoy what they do and want the customer to have an outstanding experience. That was the case today with the service provided! We would recommended New Berlin Heating & A/C to anyone considering a new furnace or A/C.
