We used In Phase/Over the Moon last year for electrical and AC repair work, including replacing our full electrical panel. When our boiler heating system was acting up in recent weeks, I didn't hesitate to call them to check things out. Mike and Brian thoroughly explained the issues with our 20+ old system, and provided me some options to repair or replace. Austin and team were out here within just a few days to install a new replacement system, and so far very impressed with the quality of the installation and system recommended including a couple of upgraded smart thermostats I requested. When we had an issue overnight with one zone of our heating system experiencing an air lock (some trapped air in one of the old radiator pipes), they had members of the team out first thing the next morning to address the issue. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved both in terms of service and support. I love the ability to send them text messages with questions, and how quickly they respond. Just exchanged messages with their office asking questions about applying for Focus on Energy rebates, and they explained they'll file the applications for me as well as all necessary warranty paperwork. Awesome service!

They came out quickly in the middle of a heatwave and diagnosed and fixed our AC problem right away. I so appreciated their text system that gives you updates on your appointment and the technicians coming out. The technicians were friendly, professional, and very respectful. Glad we signed up for their club membership which included discounts on future services and tune-ups!

I am so impressed by this company and the service they provide. I sent a request through the website after hours and immediately received an email response with a phone call the following morning. I lined up my appointment to have a chandelier removed and a new one installed, as well as a new outlet installed. I received confirmation emails along the way regarding the appointment, a text when the technicians were on their way as long with their pictures for identity verification. Nate and Josh arrived at my house on time And were incredibly polite and professional. I showed them what needed to be done and they gave me an exact price quote before they started the work. They asked me questions along the way for my satisfaction. They did an outstanding job and I can’t recommend this company enough! We ended up signing up for a one year membership and will have them out again soon to do some additional work for us. Again, outstanding company in service!

Jordan the technician was prompt and had all his Id ready so we knew who to expect. Service was professional, explained in plain language what he was inspecting on the furnace. Showed pictures of possible service areas and made some recommendations. We received an estimate for the service areas later. Cleaned the area and left it looking great. We have used them to install can lighting and we were very impressed about how clean they were with the work they did.

My technician Drake did a fantastic job helping me out with electrical needs that were beyond my capabilities. He inspected the house for any glaring issues and gave me several package options for how much I wanted him to do depending on what price range I was most comfortable with, including a recommended package that would cover everything I wanted done plus some rewiring of old circuits that were unbeknownst to me in need of attention. He was also a pleasure to talk to while he was here. If I need more electrical help in the future I'll be sure to contact him again.
