The technician Eric was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough check up on two furnaces, Provided me with educational information and helped me understanding how the furnace works. He also helped me changing the filters I have prepared, placed the log sheets on the furnaces for future reference. He did an excellent job. Highly recommend Over the Moon for their good quality service.

Josh did a fantastic job today! We appreciate his work, and he is very knowledgeable. Today he installed an outlet and did an electrical inspection.

We needed help installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom and Drake from Over the Moon was very helpful! Making an appointment was smooth, and they informed me during the call what I could expect. My appointment window was given and Drake, the technician sent to our call was RIGHT on time. He was very respectful and professional the entire time. After inspecting the job, I was presented a few different estimates and Drake gave his professional opinion on the best option, while answering any of my questions. I never felt undermined or put down when I asked any questions. The new wiring and bathroom fan was installed that day within hours. I would most certainly recommend this company and will keep them in mind if we have any further projects.
