Called this morning because furnace was running, but no heat. Was able to get a tech between 2-5. They called and had an available tech by noon. Ryan was great! Very considerate and we shared some laughs. Explained everything to me and shared general concerns. Furnace is running, but will need to be replaced asap. He set us up with another tech for the following Monday to discuss new installation. Very happy with all the service right down to the young lady that took my first call.

Austin is the guy I always hope is coming to work on my house. He is so knowledgeable and such a hard worker. Very friendly and does a great job. Always fixes whatever is the issue! Thank you Austin for being so helpful!!

Ryan and Austin cleaned our entire duct system and were very professional. They were also very conscientious about our home, wearing protective gear on their feet and masks. They took before and after pictures which helped justify their work and they were a pleasure to have in our home, answering all the questions we had. Very happy with their performance and would hire them again. Prompt, friendly, courteous, hard working, and dedicated to their craft. Thanks for sending a great team.

I called to get a quote on a electric service upgrade. When the technician showed up, they gave me 6 different quotes to pick from on a tablet. I asked for them in writing as I needed to submit them to my home warranty company to see what would be covered. I also called and sent 2 emails following up and asking for these quotes to be emailed. They never responded and I took my business elsewhere.

Mike came out to perform a routine heating inspection before winter and discovered that the exhaust fan motor on our furnace was nearing its end of life. We chose to replace the motor as a preventative measure.

Overall, great service and fantastic communication! This is the 5th time we have worked with Over The Moon and they have been a pleasure to work with every time.

We had In Phase do a maintenance service on our AC system. Took advantage of their $99.00 service special. The technician Mike was professional, courteous and did a thorough job. We have had In Phase into our home for other services and repairs. We are satisfied with their performance, honesty and integrity.

Needed a ceiling fan replaced at the last minute, for a home inspection. Cavin went above and beyond for me ! Even checked my electrical panel. He is probably the most courteous, and friendly repair man I have ever had the pleasure to meet. New fan looks great, nice choice Cavin.
