Over the Moon

Josh was here and explained the work we needed done to upgrade our venting system. Everything he said made perfect sense but we just can't afford to spend what needed to be done to upgrade.

Over The Moon seriously saved us. We sat with a broken air conditioner for 2 months this last summer. It got up tp 87 degrees and the company that we had planned to work with just kept stringing us along and wouldn't give us an official answer when we could expect our new unit. After we finally had enough, we called OTM. They had someone out THE NEXT DAY (it was summer still and I know they had to be busy). We had a new unit a day or two later. Since then, they've come for cleanings and tune-ups. Their staff are always so kind and explain things so well. Mike H. is an absolute joy. I don't typically write reviews, but I really, truly appreciate OTM and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an appointment scheduled to get a quote on updating our 100A panel, but a week before that appointment the main breaker decided to take a dump. I called In Phase and they had Joe out here in about an hour. He did a temporary fix and restored our power safely, then gave us the quote for upgrading the panel. The price was reasonable, and they were able to come out about a week and a half later.

Joe arrived with Drake first thing in the morning and got to work right away replacing the service entry and 100A panel. I work from home so they provided temporary power so I was able to continue working. They were very professional and respectful, and did a fantastic job of everything. The workmanship is top notch and looks neat and clean. Afterwards they walked through the whole job and made sure I understood everything they did.
I would definitely recommend In Phase and I would use them again on future projects.

Mike has been our hvac service guy on 3 separate occasions. Every time he was as good as it gets. Can’t ask for more than that. Trust your home to all the folks from Over The Moon!

Erick from Over the Moon just completed our preventative A/C maintenance. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything of note about our A/C unit.
