    Are they good? Don't know. Had an appointment with them i made a week in advance when the day came they cancelled me, I took the day off work for nothing, I needed the job done asap because I was closing the sell of my home and this job needed to be done. They left me hanging. So unprofessional. Will never call them again.

    Eric was the person who performed the task today of replacing my over the stove exhaust fan. He was very through and professional. He explained what was to be done, the cost and how much time it would take. Although I thought the cost of the work was a little high, I am glad to have it done

    Ok, first of all, the company is very responsive and keep you up to date for scheduling and arrivals etc, so great customer service for two stars and one star for fair job done by the techs for the installation. But in terms of the pricing and management, I’m not recommending this company.

    We bought the annual membership plan and have someone came out for AC repair. Mike, the tech told me, it will cost $1200-1700 to replace refrigerant, then $300 for leakage check, and then cost for repair for any parts and labor needed, if not repairable, all the previous costs are gone; the other option is to install a new unit for about $5000. He pushed me to make the decision right away on the phone since their schedule is filling up quickly and the tenants need it fixed urgently. I told him I can’t for such commitment right away and need discuss with my husband.

    Later on we decided to replace a new unit. And I asked the options for the units. They told me there is basic unit costs $4600ish total and mid grade unit costs $4900ish total after the 10% membership discount. I asked for the details of the units. However, the representative on the phone can’t answer any details, but have to have someone calls me back. Finally I had mike called me back and decided to go with Amana (luckily they gave me the brand). But when I came in on the day of the installation, the unit in the place was the basic one, instead of the mid grade one.

    Another tech Austin kindly came out and brought the mid grade one they claimed, which turned out to be the minimal SEER 13. But after the installation, the tech told my tenant that the AIR duct needs to clean up for $1000, the air flow is reduced by 25% due to the dirty ducts and cleaning can save a lot on energy bill. Well, the dust needs to be at least more than 2 inches to reduce the air flow by 25%, so I believe that was false statement. And I called around about 6 or 7 companies for air duct cleaning, the quote is btw $270-800 for 1500 sq ft home, no 1000ish one at all around the town.

    All in all, my feeling is the company came out for finding problems instead of the maintenance (which is the membership for) and pull you put more money on the house. But for customer service and the service itself, the company did average above job.

    We trust In-Phase! We had electrical work done many years ago and were very pleased with the price and especially the professionalism and quality we received from Shawn White!
    Recently we had In Phase Electric & Air back to do our AC tuneup and to get an estimate on air duct cleaning. Mike was extremely professional, thorough and gave us all of our options very clearly. We look forward to having them come into our home for many years to come to do maintenance and repairs as needed!

    Drake had come to install a new light fixture and had also conducted a walkthrough checking outlets in my home which led to recommending a whole home surge protector. The importance of this was to avoid damage to all major appliances in case an electrical surge had ever occurred; storm or other. This simple suggestion potentially saved my wife and I thousands! It's better to have and not need it, than wish to have had it and not in hindsight. Drake is a true professional that came prepared with a wonderful recommendation and personal care for our home as if it were his own.
