I have been using Vance for the last 2 years and they are by far the most professional, responsive, prompt, trustworthy, and courteous service I have ever used! They go above and beyond and are a 5-star company!

Shay's Triple Strike Team were great to work with, their product knolwedge and no nonsense approach to installation and follow-up were truly supurb!! Attention to details was outstanding along with after project completion clean-up very welcomed. I would very much "highly recommend" this VANCE TEAM any day for anyone looking to use their services......can't say enough, these guys are GREAT, give'em a chance to show their stuff. TOP NOTCH!!

Service is over the top. Squeezed an appt in on a hot day. The girls inside were great Danny the tech was great and explained everything and Todd the sales rep was here in minutes. Thx so much.

There seemed to be a problem with our heat-it kept running and running! With the thermostat set at 66, it was 77 when I finally called for help. Jeb was out within an hour and was finally able to get it stopped. We didn't realize it but our furnace seemed to have an issue with the wiring when it was installed, which caused it to malfunction. Jeb was able to fix the wiring and it finally stopped the problem.

Vance was prompt with their reply and assisted us the next day and we had our unit installed within 2 days. The servicemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They helped us get heat quickly in this cold weather. I highly recommend this company!

Great Service! Makala was very professional. She explained as she worked about what went wrong with our furnace and gave us tips to solve future problems. She and the receptionist for Vance H&A were both so friendly and positive. Got us up and running in 2 days, including a parts order.
