Vance Heating & Air Conditioning

Vance not only met, but exceeded my expectations by far. Of course, I was apprehensive at pulling the trigger on purchasing a new system. 100% glad I did now….. I am an electrician by trade, but have been out of the field for quite some time. I was on site during the HVAC retrofit today to install all the necessary electrical for moving the heat pump. The best words that come to mind to me are “well oiled machine”. The crew showed up on-time,communicated well, and conducted themselves very professionally and were also very courteous to my family, pets included. They were in tune with each other and it shows in the final product.
Right now I am writing this review at 5:42, yesterday at this time, I was sitting at my kitchen table w/ Vance salesman Todd Hall, signing up for this project. It’s great to know you can get a system installed the next day, and since I am in construction, I know how well they did it and they were not taking any shortcuts. I would highly recommend Vance to anybody that’s looking for a system. I purchased the Daikin fit system and I’m sitting here at a cool, 70°. A 12 year parts and labor warranty should make me rest easy. Sometimes the “best deal” is the one where you don’t need to worry about it for the next decade of your life. I’ll spend the extra money and Vance will tell you they’re not the cheapest, but they’re definitely top-tier in my opinion. A huge thank you to Shay and his crew today. Money well spent.

From start to finish they were awesome! There trucks are stocked with the most commonly needed parts. Daniel G was truthful and honest on what needed to be repaired. He was fast and efficient while working on our A/C system. They have earned a lifetime customer of the first visit !!!

We had Steven come out. He was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Steven was very patient with my kids and explained everything very well. He was very kind and a pleasure to have in our home. Would recommend him as a technician to anyone.

Shay and his team were very kind, respectful and seemed very knowledgeable.
They left the work areas in perfect order and were great about having to hang out with my dog all day while working. I appreciated them walking me through everything. You could tell they took pride in the job which is difficult to come by these days. I feel much more at ease knowing I’ll be cool all summer and warm in the winter for many years to come.
Also a shout out to Todd in sales. It is very obvious they know their stuff.

I got a scheduled visit from Mike Mead with Vance Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike was on time and called earlier to verify the time of our meeting. Mike came out to my home and was Professional and easy to talk with and answered my questions I had about an upcoming Heat Pump system install. I will wait for my quote from Mike in an email, and move forward with the install. I will post a review after the work has been completed on install and how I think the job went.

We've been using Vance for years, they're always polite and professional. Hector came out yesterday to do our annual A/C service and was very professional, polite, and friendly! Their annual maintenance program is great, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Our air conditioning system stopped working and Daniel was sent out to fix it. It was going to be an expensive fix so Tory came out right away to give us an estimate on a new system. Vance was able to install it a few days later. We appreciated their quick response and Calvin and Denny were very professional and left everything neat and tidy. We’ve been using Vance for the last 10 years and have been very satisfied with their work.

As always with Vance, our recent service was an amazingly great experience. The techs are respectful, thorough & well trained. In the current work market, Vance has continued to employ top notch techs so after 30+ years with them I don't worry about my system at all & wouldn't even consider anyone else!
