I wish I could remember the technicians name. He was so kind that he actually apologized for working quickly because he had many others waiting (heat wave).
I was so happy with absolutely everything about Vance. Who else can you call during a heat wave that will arrive within an hour? Nobody but Vance, that's who!

Mike M. came to our place to give a quote for a new hvac system. We wanted to take advantage of the bogo. Purchase a new ac and get the furnace free. The furnace was the lowest grade model. We liked the offer of $1,200 off any other higher rated unit. Mike gave many options and was so nice during the process. We are considering the quote.

Vance employees provide great customer service. I appreciate the communication on arrival time (phone call/text messages). Technicians are always professional and always helpful with questions about system. I learned something new about our installed thermostat.

Makayla was professional, efficient, and friendly. She diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly as well as making sure the furnace, A/C, and thermostat were all working correctly before she left. She also gave us tips on how to keep our units in good shape. We could tell right away that she knew her job and that she knew what to do. We will call Vance again!

Wow! I was very impressed with our service today. I called yesterday to have our AC checked out and they were able to come the next morning. Steven was BEYOND helpful and professional. He was transparent and up front about our best options.Thank you again! Such great service and I could not be more satisfied.

Just recently my mother's hot water heater wasn't performing the way it normally does. Mark from Vance was great. He came out and inspected the tank. It was due to be replaced. Juan and Jeb did a great job the installation of the new tank and removal of the old. Mom is very pleasant.

I love working with the folks at Vance! I've been working with them for the last 5 or more years and each technician is as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the work they do to service my heating and cooling system. They explain in clear terms and any technical language is explained in more detail - for us less than technical users. :0) I am thankful for their service.

Very happy with service. We've been waiting over a year for some help to get our phones set up to use. The salesman didnt know how and the tech person was too busy. This guy set us both up in minutes.
