From the initial phone call for a quote on a new high efficiency furnace to when the crew left today, my wife and I have experienced nothing but the utmost in professionalism and outstanding hard workers. I stopped by the office on Friday to see about paying for the installation in full and to schedule an install date. The office staff asked if I would be available on Monday (Christmas Eve). The employees who came out for the install volunteered to do so. They showed up early, were knowledgeable about the equipment, happy to answer all of our questions and left zero mess! My wife and I will absolutely be repeat customers and recommend R&R to everyone we know.

Came to give me a quote when another company's seemed pretty high in cost. Super helpful, extremely informative, definitely trustworthy. Will be scheduling with them when we actually need it, which is not quite yet!

I have been favorably impressed by RnR since the process of installing a new heating system began. Several contractors came to the house to bid the job. Randy was by far the most knowledgeable and professional . They did an excellent install. Everything looks and performs beautifully.
Recently when a deranged tenant slammed the door in the technician's face when he came to do routine inspection and maintenance, they called me. Politely declined to return to the property until I could be there. Then squeezed me into the schedule in a few days when I said I'd drive up from California to let them in. 900 miles later , my furnace was inspected, maintained, and ready for Winter. Thanks RnR. Highly recommended.

Professional crew. Justyn and Darren were awesome. Very respectable and knowledgeable. The entire process from choosing R&R to selecting which unit we wanted to the install was class act. 5 stars. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an AC and furnace.

We are most happy with our results! The sales person helped do what we needed within our budget.The install boys were polite, efficient, & did a great job. There was a need for follow up & that was done with great speed. I say "hats off" to R & R. Would recommend them to anyone & will call on them for follow -up service.

We used RnR for to diagnose our heat pump problem. So far they have done what they said they'd do, arriving promptly and diagnosing efficiently. We are awaiting followup for options.

I had a new furnace installed in Jan 2019 and received notice that I needed to have the city do the inspection since it had not been done. I was told from R and R that they have the homeowners do it sometimes so they can pick a convenient time. I don't know why the installer wouldn't have the inspection scheduled for the day installation was finished.??? Very inconvenient for me to now have to take care of this 11 months later. I have had numerous furnaces installed over the years and have never had to take care of arranging an inspection with the city. I do believe they are a good company and would not hesitate using them again, but was very annoyed from this last experience.

They did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. They were affordable, and even though they were booked out a little ways, they worked us in pretty quickly. They also went above and beyond when they found a giant wasp nest in our wall. They helped us get them out and sealed off the hole on the outside where the wasps were coming in so we wouldn't have any more wasps in the future. We have also used them for repairs on our gas fireplace, they figured it out quickly and had it up and running in no time. 100% will use them for all future needs.

Best responsiveness and quality of service. They have honest, skilled and efficient technicians. I feel like I saved money with them simply by having them properly address my issues the first time.

Called them as our gas water heater went out. They came out, spent 2 hours and told us out regulator was not working. The technician left without any further recommendations and said his “parts guy” computer was not working. Called the main company after 2 hours and the lady said she will investigate where we were and call us back. No call and it been 4 days. What a waste of time and $100. Completely non professional. Will not be using them again!
