Very disappointed with customer service. After waiting several weeks for the first available appointment, no one showed up. When we called to check, instead of oh my gosh we are so sorry this happened let's see how quick I can get someone out, we got the do you know who you talked to question. Not helpful. We decided to go with someone else.

We just had our home built in 2018. R & R did a fantastic job with the installation of our central air system with a heat pump. Recently I called them to check out the heat pump because I wasn’t sure if the normal operation sound was correct. Tracy who took my call was authentic, polite, and professional. She sent out Kendrick who thoroughly checked out our system to which was operating like a top. Afterwards John the service manager gave me a follow up call with the good news. I felt bad for calling them out for nothing but John said not to worry about it in a manner that was respectful and with class. Thank you!

After spending 10k, and completing the outside unit, they told me that I would have to put a fence around it because people steal your copper. They installed it a few feet from an enclosed fence but it was too late to move it. Why would they do that? Now I have a fence around it and am being told, after getting charged a fee when I was having Trouble with it, that I can’t have the fence because it’s sucking back in what the machine is trying to send out. It was installed in the wrong place and now I can’t protect it from thieves. For 10k someone should have had a clue and installed it behind my fence. Very displeased with this company. Won’t go back and I will warn others. Was really impressed with this company prior to that. Too much money to spend to not get superior service.
UPDATE: After they commented on this post, I contacted R&R and they said they would follow up with me within 2 days. That was a couple weeks ago and of course they haven’t.

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning installed our furnace and central air conditioning as part of our new home purchase 6 years ago. We have had R&R come and do annual preventive maintenance on our unit since we purchased the home. This year unfortunately we have encountered a “gremlin” in our system causing the furnace to sporadically shut down. The root problem has been a bit difficult to diagnose and identify the exact cause requiring a couple visits out to fix the furnace. During this little ordeal, R&R techs and telephone scheduler staff have been responsive and most professional in trying to resolve our problem. Big shout outs go to Telephone/scheduler Michelle and Technician Joe for their extra efforts and superb customer service in getting our system running reliably. Thanks Michelle and Joe! You’re awesome!
