I have used R and R heating and air for installation of our central air and replacement of our gas hot water tank. They were fantastic!! Their prices are reasonable and the service is extraordinary! I can't say enough good about R and R. I highly recommend them. Ginger really went out of her way to schedule an appraisal and to get our job scheduled. We really appreciated it. The techs were polite and professional and did quality work each time we ve had them out to our home.

Called to schedule a repair Wednesday afternoon. Had an opening Friday, but with a cancellations came out on Thursday instead. The repairman was friendly and very knowledgeable. Fortunately the repair was an easy fix with a replacement part and completed in under an hour. The tech was willing to answer all my questions about my unit and even quoted current pricing for other parts that could fail in the future. Excellent service. Thanks!

1st time having to call for service for a furnace, R & R was at our house with in a couple hours, kind and courteous, and had our furnace repaired quickly with no issues since. Price was also very fair!

I was able to get a technician out the day after I called to help diagnose a problem with my furnace. The company who USED to service my furnace told me I’d have to wait 6 weeks!

R&R came to my house and helped troubleshoot an issue with my AC in which it sporadically turns off - both the AC unit and the main duct fan/blower.

The technician was helpful in checking various items on the AC unit, to make sure everything looked normal. However, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the issue was technically never resolved.

After review, the technician suggested replacing the control board/circuit board for the furnace, as a possible cause. But, it was never confirmed as the root cause, and his service to replace the board wasn't offered. It was something I was asked to do myself. In the end, I am pretty much in the same position as I started, minus the $100 service charge...
