R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

The people were very nice and professional when they came to look at my unit. However, I needed a new filter box cover made (this was in October). I STILL haven't got the replacement and no one seems to get back to me despite multiple attempts and phone tag. At one point was told that the replacement would be delivered the next week, but that came and went with no replacement delivered. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but communication is VERY lacking.

We had several companies come out for bids when it was time to install a heat pump/ac unit. R&R took the job seriously. They took measurements, pictures, drew diagrams of my house with all the windows, etc. They wanted to recommend the perfect unit for our home. We made our decision and had them install (and also clean our ducts). The unit we wanted wasn’t available due to covid and manufacturing. They wanted to make sure we were cool for the summer though, so they installed a cheaper unit until our upgraded unit arrived. Every single employee I’ve dealt with has been great. I’m very impressed with this company and will use them for years to come! They went above and beyond the call of duty to keep this mama cool for the summer. The new unit they installed is amazing. Our home is extremely comfortable and cozy during this cool down. (2 stage heat pump, carrier) 5 stars! ⭐️ Thanks Tyler and Jason and all your installers! Best prices in Spokane!

R and R did an inspection of our propane fireplace and chimney for home sale.
They managed to schedule the same day that we called. They we prompt professional and thorough. I would recommend thier service .

We have used R&R Heating and Air Conditioning services for several years and I am still impressed with their company. Today we had a new young man, Robert, who was at our house promptly and changed our heating unit filter which was needed. He was able to diagnose a problem that we have had for awhile. He was very professional and showed us what he was doing as he fixed the problem immediately. He also showed us another part that will eventually need to be replaced, but he did not insist that it had to be done today. For that, we truly appreciated his honesty and will continue to use the services of R&R as well as recommend them to our friends and neighbors in the future. Thanks again Robert !

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the customer service at the end when we called to make a payment.

Estimate was done within 1 day of calling. Randy was very nice, knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs and went over all our options with us.

Install was quick and painless.

The invoice we received at the end of the install was for more than the contract we signed for the AC install. When we called to make the payment, we said we wanted to pay the lower price of what we signed. We were told that they calculated the tax wrong and we had to pay the invoice we received at the time of service and not the amount on the contract. NOT impressed. The error was clearly their fault and we should not be held accountable for their clerical error. They should have ate the difference, it was less than $100 but my money is valuable and it was not what I agreed to when I signed the contract. If you aren't going to abide by your customer's signed contracts, then don't bother with them.

***Update - we were contacted by the office and our overpayment refunded. Very impressed - never seen this happen before!

Repairman called when he was on his way to let me know when he would be here. Came in the schedule time frame. Got the job done quickly.
I gave a 4 star rating because the part had to be ordered, about three weeks out. Other than that happy.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of R&R. They installed my system and keep it running in top shape. Highly recommended.

Never got back to me to do the jod. After a year i just gave up.

Some of the best people I have had the pleasure of interacting with.

They beat multiple bids with better equipment for $1,000 less than the lowest previous bid!

At this point I'd recommend them to anyone.

Saw a technician in my neighborhood while walking with my family a few weeks back. Got his contact info and called the next day. Scheduling coordinator was very helpful and informative. Technicians who came out were prompt, efficient, and did a great job. Good value for an AC service too, definitely recommend R&R.
