Called R&R Heating after being told by another business I would have replace my entire HVAC system! Eric from R&R came to our rescue and turns out we only needed some cleaning done on a few parts. Eric was thorough, professional, and honest. Will absolutely refer and be a repeat customer if ever needed!

Very smooth AC and furnace install. They thought it would take 2 days but it only took one! They were thorough and professional.

Our furnace went down right in the middle of winter. R&R has a 24/7 number and they sent someone to fix it. Eric came and fixed our furnace very quickly. The price was very reasonable given it was Saturday. Would recommend them to anyone

Used them twice now. Professional and knowledgeable. Easy scheduling. On time. Not trying to sell you things you don’t need. They’re just there to help. I appreciate that.

I have waited over a month to post this. It'll be long, but honest

Salesman was wonderful and talked us into going with them and we felt fully confident they could get the job done. Fast forward to telephone tag (mostly our fault:work) and we get the job scheduled. Various people come over, and then we have a furnace/ac installed at $12,500 after tax.

The field techs call it a day and we run a wash without thought, but 45 mins later I get something from the kitchen and hear water dripping. Laundry room is flooded, basement is flooded and there's a WATERFALL dumping fluid in our basement.

The owner came over one month ago over, but have ghosted me since. They do not care about people it seems, as the only thing I've gotten from them is a past due bill on the entire amount. Total damages are over $1,500, not including the floor which they will not inspect.

If they follow through, help us and fix what they have already said was their fault then I will change this, despite the terrible experience.

TL;DR: installer did not hook up our washer before leaving and caused a flood and thousands in damages.

Key words / eye catching: Predatory salesman, rushed and spacey workers, zero follow through, false hopes.

Update: Given the spotty service and empty promises, we refused to sign their contract right away for fear of being forgotten after that. After all, their employee who physically came to our house had forgotten he even talked to us and acted like it was the first time he had heard of our issue.

Having refused to sign their contract before getting help has caused it to expire and once again, we have to deal with the rude staff.

I urge anyone and everyone to avoid these people as this has been an absolute nightmare of a process and our floor is ruined.

JJ and Jake did an outstanding job replacing my outdated furnace and damaged AC unit. The furnace was in the attic and difficult to access, but they were able to complete the job without any problems. Very professional service and great attitude!

We had a Halo element air purifier with timer system/electronic air cleaner installed. It took only about 2 hours and so far, are very pleased. We wouldn't go to any other heating and air conditioner vendor.

They were friendly when they came out to check the central air. They even called me to get my appointment earlier cause there was a cancellation. They are knowledgeable and did a great job.

R&R Called me left a VM because they don't work in attics due to the heat. It's 68 degrees on Wednesday. You called me and canceled my appointment for that lol.

If you think a male technician deserves $5.00 more an hour than a female technician at the same experience level, or if you flat out believe a woman has no business being a technician, then R & R understands and appreciates you.
