Jason was awesome. On time, honest, and was able to get our furnace going again for a very reasonable price! R&R was also responsive and professional regarding the scheduling of the repair, a home humidifier estimate, and duct cleaning. They do it all and they do it well! Thanks R&R

We were very impressed and satisfied with R&R putting in our new gas furnace this week with all the AVISTA rebates and the LEAP program that paid for most of our new furnace.
It just happened that we ended up with 6 bids. R&R had the most reasonable prices, they knew what they were doing along with being friendly, on top of things, easy to work with, and so on. They walked us through the process efficiently. Their company works well as a team.

Randy answered all our questions, bent over backwards, didn't bog us down with details of many products, etc. He came in and took inventory of our needs and then gave suggestions with two types of furnaces. He wasn't a pressure salesperson.

Jeff, Brad and Johnny were great actually putting in the furnace too. Everything flowed efficiently with their expertise and knowledge. Jeff spent the time after work to look into our particular 1982 heatilator style fireplace to make sure that everything came together well.

We would definitely recommend R&R without hesitation. Thanks everyone at R&R for a job well done!

We have a hydronic system so they only have one tech that works on these types. He was very professional, and walked me thru the minor issue that caused our system to shut off. He was very fair about the price and didn't take advantage. We will use again for sure.

I'm a brand new customer, yet they had a tech out the same day that I called. The woman I made the appointment with was very polite, and so was the serviceman that came to my home. I have an older a/c unit and was just trying to do the minimum that it would take to get my system to cool that house the best it could until it completely dies on me. The technician didn't make me feel as though my service call was any less important because I didn't want to spend a lot. He was very respectful of my wishes, and after briefly sharing with me my options, he proceeded to do as I asked. The bill was much less than I was expecting, and I told him that because he wasn't pushy about trying to get me to replace my unit, that I would be inclined to call R and R when I finally am ready to make that purchase. I'd say that any owner would be proud to have an employee like this guy representing his company. Call these guys! You won't be disappointed.

Best service ever. Our technician Brian was honest, very professional and explained details of issue with our heating unit. No charge today as it was a simple fix of a part replaced 6 months ago.

A few weeks ago, our AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days in June. I turned it off, and the following morning, I called R&R heating and AC to schedule an appointment to have it checked. What a surprise!, they came out two hours later and Josh the tech. inspected the system. A few minutes later, Randy (the owner) came to check on the progress. They decided the outside unit was bad. Randy made a phone call and said it would be replaced in two days. The crew showed up two days later at 8am and replaced the unit. Everything is working great now. We are extremely happy with R&R's response. Great people to work with.

He proceeded in a very efficient and methodical manner to isolate the problem with our air conditioning system. R and R has now replaced my ancient furnace and AC in my 1949 craftsman that presented major challenges with both the install and my home warranty. Jason took great care of me and the install is clean, professional, and working great! Will definitely continue to use them for all of my maintenance and other service.

Price was good but part of the installation was less than professional. To put the vent pipe through the wall the installer drilled a hole about 1/4" diameter from the inside. He then went outside and found it came through on the top of the metal siding rib. He told me something about it would have been to hard to measure to find out where the hole should be drilled. That is real simple to do! There was no interior wall at that time. When he calked the vent flange on the outside he gobbed orange caulking extensively over the flange and the light gray siding. Very ugly! A supervisor cleaned that up and put a siding screw in the hole but it barely catches the edge of the hole and is on top of a rib.
