Ricky and Robert were excellent. All the crew were great. Friendly, on time and excellent workers. Replaced a dinosaur of a furnace and did a great job. I will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for doing a great jib and we are no longer freezing.

R&R first came out to check my pilot light, great service. And now they are currently finishing up on the installation of the heating system.
They have been extremely professional, on time from. Start to finish just over 5 hours.

Owner Ryan Jones came out and installed a mini split system in my home. He was great! He had great customer service and knew exactly what he was doing. It didn't take him long at all. Also, his pricing seemed very fair compared to other local companies. My house has never been so cold! Thanks again Ryan! I will be referring you to all my friends, family and work associates.

Can't say enough good things. Ryan was polite and knowledgeable. He even helped me navigate through dealing with a home warranty. They came fast figured out the problem and came back the next day to fix it! No issues! Also the first day he was running long on a previous job and was courteous enough to call and let us know he would be about 45mins later than originally expected! Fantastic customer service! The next time our 30yr old unit needs something this will be my first call!
