I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to make an appointment to come out and fix our heat as we had none. I was thrilled when I got a phone call that said there was a cancellation and the tech could be there in 10 minutes! I believe Colby was his name, he was very friendly and professional and got right to work. A friend of mine referred me to your company and I would absolutely lose you again and pass along that referral to someone else.

We used R and R to service and repair our Air Conditioner and they were amazing. Very honest and professional. So, when it came time to update our old circa 1970's gas furnace, we called them. They did a great job and walked us through the system when they were done. Very professional, nice people. Highly recommend!

R&R Heating installed a new Goodman Air Conditioner and fixed existing ductwork in my new house. The guys were knowledgeable and got everything up and running within a few hours. Very happy to have AC this summer.

I purchased a new home 4.5 years ago, in which R&R installed the furnace and water heater. In that 4.5 years, R&R has replaced major components in the furnace 2 times and some of the dampers twice. Two of those times, they came to repair the work that they had done on the prior visit. Now, my water heater has failed. They cannot give me a timeframe of repair. They don't even know what's wrong with it. Even though, they are super nice on the phone and their repair people are very pleasant to work with, they install products that seem problematic. Except for the first repair, which was under the builder's home warranty, I have had to pay for most of this repair work.

Update --- Bill called me this morning with a solution. They came out just now and fixed the water heater and didn't charge me for the part and cut back on the labor cost, which was satisfactory to me. Within a few hours of my call with Bill this morning, the water heater was up and running. I'm still not happy that this is the 5th major event involving my furnace and water heater on a house that's only 4.5 years old, but I'll admit that R&R took ownership today and got it fixed with little hassle and little out of pocket. Thank you for getting it sorted out. I raised my review from 1 star to 3. It's not perfect, but they got it fixed.

R & R installed our HVAC at the time our home was under construction. Had a A/C repair a year ago and just had them do a maintenance visit for furnace , A/C and our gas fireplace. As always thorough , respectful of our home and so polite.

I have a mini boiler to provide radiant heating. We had a power surge and the boiler stopped providing heat. I called R & R and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could get to me. I agreed as my options were few. The day before my appointment, I received a call and was told they would not be coming to repair the boiler as they were not adding any new customers. So I'm left without heat until I can find another repair facility. Terrible customer service and a lack of compassion for those in need of heat during the winter.

the only disappointment is how they "seperate" cleanup from the beginning of job (making a mess) to not completing the job because they do not have someone to repair the drywall they had to remove in order to access the area to put the pipes/electric conduits through the wall to get outside. I consider that an incomplete job, however, everything else was done and to expectations and the unit is working perfectly.

I wish I could recommend R&R, but I can’t. My biggest issue is that I get the impression that they intentionally misled me during scheduling / bidding. The initial timeline for install was quoted as 3-4 weeks. At the end of the day it was 6 months. Granted, covid caused delays, however it became clear during the process that they withheld information. I had an installation appointment set at time of receiving my deposit. This got pushed back approximately weeks. That was unfortunate but I could live with that. When I had an installation date set, the business day before installation I was contacted with the news that the heat pump wouldn’t be available but they wanted to push ahead with install of the furnace. The sales person acted as if this information was a surprise to them, but it clearly wasn’t. The heat pump was the important part of the install in order to have some sort of cooling during the summer.

It really disappointed me because it was clear that R&R heating had knowledge of these delays for weeks beforehand and likely even when they gave the initial timeline. Both Randy and Jason were friendly, but that seemed shady to me. Lots of companies had delays due to covid. If R&R had been upfront from the beginning, then I would be fine with the delay.

In addition, there were issues with install. An electrical apprentice was used for some work, and he wasn’t very careful. To begin with, simple things weren’t attended to. The thermostat controller was installed at a tilt. I had to point it out and offer him the use of a level. More importantly, the wires were yanked out and not used to guide the new wires. This ended up resulting in two holes in my dry wall. One gouge they spackled improperly and the other hole remains open (I stopped them before doing a shoddy job on the second larger hole). I was assured that the drywall would be fixed, but the damage remained unfixed for two months. I emailed with questions/email regarding the drywall damage and other concerns and received no response (finally a follow up 3-4 weeks later after 3 emails and a phone call). I also needed to stop someone from trying to drill into the hardwood floor with a pilot hole that would remain visible afterward.

Lastly, when my install did occur, it was done in two steps approximately 6 weeks apart. After this part of the install, I was invoiced for the furnace, but at that point it was non-operational with no thermostat connected to it. Invoicing for an incomplete job seems inappropriate.

Prior to working with R&R, I had two great experiences with Cougar Mechanical. They were phenomenal on service calls. Their bid was competitive. In hindsight, I really wish I had went with them on this larger job.

Last October R&R came out and installed our AC unit. The whole process from the quote to scheduling to the technicians that came out to do the work was easy and professional. Super glad we had it in the hot summer we had this year. Great company and I'm glad I made the right choice to use them!
