R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

I lost my heat last Wednesday and called R&R. Kristy answered my call and was the sweetest, kindest person to me. she did everything to get a tech out the very same day. She is great! R&R is great!

Lexie gave us a wonderful, comprehensive & valuable introduction to our HVAC system.

Our furnace stopped working, and cold weather was on the horizon. We called R&R, and they gave us an appointment promptly. Malachi was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. He arrived around 8:20, and he fixed the problem and was out the door by 9 a.m. The price was affordable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with Rand R - Kent and Jake were fantastic - and their whole crew - they were professional, timely, and cleaned up everything. They reviewed the system with us and even came back the next day for some questions. Would highly recommend.

They showed up told me they couldent fix anything because i needed a gasket they didnt carry. Left me and my family without any heat and no answers charged me 260 dollars for showing up and doing nothing and leaving us with no heat and no answers. Made my cold house smell like gas and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Will never call them again.

From the start of the process to get AC added to our older HVAC setup, R&R has been great! From a detailed initial quote (they inspected things that other companies didn't even look at!) to the fact that they schedule an "inspection" appointment before final installation, at no additional cost (and before having to pay anything) to make sure that they have all the correct measurements and know what they will be needing.

The day of install went very well with JJ & Jake B. working without making too much noise (my wife and I were working from home that day, and both of us were able to take meetings without undue issue). They got the work done quite quickly, even with some issues in getting our non-standard smart thermostat talking to the system properly.

We haven't been able to fully stress test the AC (with the weather being so cold in the last week), but everything was working beautifully when the install was done and we tested things real quickly.

All in all, we are very happy with their work (and I haven't really mentioned the ease of getting things paid for, which was very convenient since we didn't want to take out any loans or rely on some weird credit card scheme). My wife and I highly recommend R&R!

I am very happy to have heat again! The R & R men were on time and very polite. They were able to replace and fix an old system, so it wasn't an easy job. I was always informed as to what was needed and what they were doing. THANKS! Ellen

Eric was very professional & did the maintenance on the gas furnace. I will schedule him to return in the spring to check the heat pump outside. Right now we have several feet of snow & frigid temperatures! Thanks, Stephanie
