R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

I had company "X" come to look at my A/C issue and they started my estimate at $2100 and could go up to $10,000 to fix my problem. Anywhere from a leak in the system to completely replacing my entire A/C and furnace unit. R&R came out to give me a second opinion and figured out it was my fan unit on the furnace. They fixed that and only charged me $155. I will not use anybody else going forward and will highly recommend them to anyone else.

We were looking to replace our gas furnace and install a/c in our home. I called a few other local companies and got bids, but R&R surprised me by offering good equipment (Carrier) at a lower cost than other heating and A/C guys. All the folks I interacted with from R&R were amazing. They returned phone calls, answered questions, and were timely when coming to the house to do the bid and preform the installation. Darren and JJ (and the other guys) worked hard, did good work and left things clean and tidy. I highly recommend R&R!!

I called R&R and had already taken most of my furnace apart. Joe walked me through an extremely simple step to get my furnace up and running, saving me almost $200 if he had to come out to my house. I SO appreciate it. You don't find this kind of genuine good service anymore. Most companies are all about the money but not this one!

Our furnace quit working on a Saturday afternoon. Called the after hours number and received a call back quickly. The tech explained the rate and was able to come over promptly. He diagnosed the issue and had the part in his van to fix the furnace. Very professional and friendly. I've dealt with another company in the past and have been disappointed so I called R&R on a recommendation from a friend. They are my go to from now on.

Blair and Brian arrived right on time. They immediately donned their masks and began to work on the ac. They honestly told me what was needed. When they finished they began work on my fireplace , putting on booties before hand. They efficiently and thoroughly cleaned my fireplace and checked all systems and remotes. I am very pleased with their personable and professional behavior. I feel relieved that my equipment will continue to perform reliably for a long time.

I called R&R to help me fix a new water heater that was installed by the previous owners before I moved in. The warranty was complicated and the technician helped me work through the process to make sure I got the service that I deserved. Steve was running ahead of schedule and waited for me to get back home at the scheduled service window. He was friendly and polite, and he explained what he did and why. R&R will be my first call next time I need service on the water heater. Great experience.

Loved the service, they did a great job, however, the reason for a low rating, is the salesman. He promised a $800. rebate when we bought our system. That was in January. It is now the end of July. After several phone calls and empty promise from him, still no rebate. He is like a used car salesman. Tells you what you want to hear and drops the ball. Not sure if this happens a lot, but very frustrated. Again, the installation was great, but not the salesman.

After using a competitor to service my 1983 furnace, I decided to go with the recommendation for a new unit. The quote put me in shock so I decided to get a few more quotes.

R&R had the best price and the best brand. They also were able to get my new furnace installed 3 days after we decided to go with them. I highly recommend R&R for all of your home HVAC needs!
